Hi,
I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the delivery time. All our mats are made to order and have an 8 working day lead time for despatch. Your order was processed on 24th August so was due to leave us on 5th September. The estimated delivery date shown when you placed the order was 10th September.
We managed to get the order sent to you a day earlier than expected (4th September) and they were upgraded to a 24 hour delivery instead of our usual 48 hour delivery at no extra charge. The mats were delivered to you on 5th September, 3 working days ahead of the estimated delivery date shown when you placed the order.
