cannot fault their order and delivery service which were excellent, unfortunately the quality of the car mats was completely different, i followed company advice regarding defective products sending numerous pictures of the many faults only to be told this is how the mats are made, now for a company to claim the have a quality premium product they must also set or meet a certain standard the car mats i received were far below any standard i would accept as quality mediocre at best maybe but no where near a high quality product but at these prices i should not have expected anything else and the miss information their advertising title and pictures suggest are something to be questioned, i did expect them to simply ask me to send them back for a replacement set but instead was just offered to return them for a refund i fear this same set will make they're way to another unsuspecting customer who will receive a similar excuse if questioning the build quality..... on a plus note they did send me a return postage printed email and refunded me so no complaints there

I ordered online at lunchtime, my Avtex tv arrived the next day. The sound was faulty, but Avtex tech support suggested likely causes, and home fixes, but in the end it went back to Avtex who fixed it and returned it within days. Electrical things do go wrong, and good quality companies fix it with no hassle. Bebbleys as Mailordercarparts and Avtex are good communicators and worked promptly and efficiently. Thanks, RB

Purchased 1 pair of Michelin wiper blades at a very keen price, with fast shipping. It is early days of the blades life but so far very good.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong pair of wiper blades for my car, and needed one extra blade to fit properly. I offered to send the one I didn't need back, but I was sent the blade I needed free of charge and without question.

I found this company very good excelent Quality would be happy to use them again. Delivery was just over a week and for made to measure that is very good. Graham D.
