Really wish I had found the trust pilot reviews prior to booking Main Cleaners. It has been a horrendous experience and a complete rip off. The pre tenancy cleaning was basically non existent and the customer support has been completely unprofessional.

Worst service. Please avoid to save yourself headache. I booked an end of tenancy clean with them a to take place the 2 day before I had to hand over keys. Main cleaners called me 2 hours after the appointment start start to cancel. This happened for the next 3 days and resulted in me incurring penalty costs the housing agency and finding an alternative emergency cleaner. Totally unprofessional. Stay away!

My house agent sent me pictures of untouched corners, dirty skirting boards, dusty lampshades and other faults which I forwarded on to them that certainly don't live up to their claims on website "What makes our cleaning methods superior is the devotion that we apply in every cleaning procedure."
When I got in touch to get someone back, after THREE DAYS, I got an email saying that pre-tenancy cleans are not guaranteed work therefore there was nothing they could do but I could have someone back if I wanted to pay another £36 - this is after a £200 clean!? Awful customer service - but they're really quick to get in touch when you want a quote. Would never use again or recommend.

Absolutely appalling service.

I booked a deep clean for a flat I am about to move into. The cleaner was on time and after three hours called to advise the job was complete. Upon initial inspection it was clear that no hoovering had been carried out and the walls, prior to my initial quote, had not been washed. However I was shown the inside of the oven which had been attempted and as I was in a rush I handed over the money, £80 to be precise.

After a couple of days I returned to the flat to start moving things in and found that the oven was pretty much the only part of the flat that had been cleaned. The tops of every door were covered in dust; every kitchen cupboard contained dirt and the previous tenants food; and there was dust in almost every corner.

I emailed to explain that I was unhappy and that I would like somebody to come round to clean the kitchen 'again' but I was advised that nothing more could be done.

I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs... you might as well do the job yourself, I certainly ended up doing that!

The cleaners undertook a cursory clean and stole the keys to the flat - I have the CCTV evidence. All correspondence with them has been ignored.

I am shocked and appalled by this companies poor service. Having moved into a new property with a baby we wanted help with the cleaning. A man looked around, left and the office called to say the clean couldn’t be carried out. It’s a very clean house with elements of limescale we wanted help with. This stranger has been in my home and the office hung up on the phone.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK THESE CLEANERS. Rip off - charged me £250 and didn't clean one thing. We had to pay for a whole new clean again. Offering no refund and no accountability for not delivering a service we paid for.

Not worth one star. Completely awful shrive and overpriced.

In the process of taking them to court . Not only did they not shampoo the carpets, they didn’t move any furniture to clean underneath. They threw away kitchen utensils in the bin instead of cleaning them. The landlady refused to have them back so beware of their non refund policy as I had to pay a second cleaning company. Complete rip off, ridiculous quality of cleaning.

Do not book!!!!!! Came home 30 minutes early and the girls were all sitting in our garden smoking. 4 girls - 2 hours worth of cleaning left to do in the agreed time. They said they were finished. They had not cleaned behind the microwave, cleaned above door frames, basic bits of skirting board still covered in dust.
