When i open the box when it arrived, it made me cry. I was so overwhelmed, it was so beautiful. Excellent price and quality of their product. Thank you Mainely Urns. I was so pleased with how the staff at Mainely Urns helped me when I was disappointed with my order. There were fingerprints on the sides of the Memorial Stone that I received, but Mainely Urns not only replaced the Memorial Stone, they let me upgrade to a larger stone and charged only the difference in price for the larger size. I was also sent a free shipping label to return the damaged stone. This company was wonderful to work with. I will definitely recommend them to others and do business with them again.

I love this bonsai planter. The only problem is that I ordered the pot in a beige color and it's bright yellow. Not what I wanted. But as I love the idea of the living memorial to my husband, I'm going to keep it.

We lost our fourteen year old Chiweenie. I was heart broken of course. There is no way I was not going to cremate her so she could be remembered for the sweet dog she was. Found mainly urns in line and their selection and engraving was just wonderful. They made sure to send us a proof for extra verification of our wording and then sent us our order. The urn itself is beautiful. However, under the clearcoat there are several VERY noticeable scratches on the copper finish. I didn't do this because all I did upon receiving the urn was unpacking it, transferring my Belle's ashes from the wooden box they were in, to the urn, then placing the nameplate on front.
