Very helpful. We received prompt shipping on the order. Everything turned out great.

The urn itself is wonderful, but the plate is not. We purchased another urn where the information was engraved and it looks by far better. If you are going to have a plate at least increase the size with the size of the urn. It was very disappointing.

The urn pedestals were absolutely beautiful and were exactly what I wanted. The quality and care taken during this purchase was top notch and my husband and I cried when we saw them the first time. So grateful to have gone with this company.

The urn we received had a rough corner which splintered while handling. Paige was very kind and immediately put another urn into production which was quickly completed and shipped to us. We are very happy with the final product and excellent customer service.
