After my first (negative) Trustpilot, Mainphar (Natalia) reacted prompt and offered me to return the order. I decided to not return it as the transport cost almost as high as as the order value. So i changed my Trustpilot to positive 4 stars. I advise clients to make sure they order products they know well and check if the product is the same discription and ingredients.
Ordernr. 47312. I ordered the product "OYONO", I use use this already for years (from my Apothek) I now ordered it at Mainphar, But then (my doctor) noticed that in (the same product and Brand) delivered by Mainphar there is a Hormon Melatonne included that is not safe to take (unlimited). When the package arrived i directly (tried) to contact aftersales of Mainphar. The package is un-openend. I want to return it (on my cost) but the do not answer of give any help.

I ordered nizoral cream, paid everything, but for almost 7 days, the status of the order says that the goods are being collected but not yet been sent to me.
