I have ordered a Nizoral creme

I have ordered a Nizoral creme, already paided 38 euros , ID of my product is 33715. It's been 9 days since I ordered it and still I didn't receive any messages about my product. I have sent them mails, and nobody answered it. I have been buying from many different sites and never had even similar experience like with this site. I'm sure now they are scam and cheaters. Somebody should pursue and charge them. Be careful guys don't order here, my mistake was that I haven't come here to read reviews before I paided product there.

I will repeat again, I never had experience with fake site like this but I have been buying from many.

UPDATE: They have contacted me and refunded my money back to my bank account

UPDATE2: You have contacted me after i criticized you on Trustpilot. Since that i didnt get any notification about my product condition 9 days since my order.

You have written to us only yesterday for the first time at 21:36. And the second letter from you has arrived today. We cannot respond to you immediately, but in the order of priority. Mind working hours 9-18.

If you google what scam means you will read: ' A scam is a deceptive scheme or trick used to cheat someone out of something, especially money. Scam is also a verb meaning to cheat someone in such a way. Example: Banks will never call you asking for your credit card number or social security number over the phone.'

According to the governing law we have the right to answer every one of our clients within 7 days. You haven't even waited 24 hours.

When you placed your order, we gave you a warning about the assembly times on working days.

Please read the terms and conditions of receiving the order and the terms of assembly.

Unfortunately we cannot change working days for banks and DHL. Please note that banks and couriers do not work on Saturday and Sunday.

The next step for you is to require a refund via the Bank if you suppose that we will not ship your parcel. Have you requested for the refund by writing us an email as written on our site or via your Bank? You have not done it.

Possible scam

Terrible. Could be a scam.

Ordered a basic product that was in stock on 24 June. As of 5 July, it is 'in assembly.'

The company just says sorry and they'll send it soon, but no dates, no commitment, nothing.

Might have to speak to my bank today to get my money back if they can't give me any answers.

EDIT: You say something is 'IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE' on your website, but it is NOT. The only way to get a refund is to write a negative review here.

You are liars and scammers.

I want my money back

I made an order and it is stuck in Germany and they are not responding when I ask for help.

I made an order and it is stuck in Germany at shipping company. I tried every way possible to contact the company for help since my phone plan will not call Germany. I tried on their website, I sent emails, etc. I got absolutely no response. My purchase was almost $500. It has been almost 2 weeks since purchase. If you are not in that country, dont buy. I cannot speak for if you are in the country. I see your response. I would still love help solving the problem. I got the email on the 26th to urgently call DHL due to issues with delivery or they would not deliver. I did, many times. They insisted I needed a 9 digit tracking -they said the tracking # I have was only recognized in Germany and they insisted I call Germany DHL for any assistance, which I cannot with my phone plan. I reached out to Mainpar for help as soon as possible as DHL indicated it was urgent. I would have loved help problem solving and still would in order to get the product and revise review.

The point is that if you open the tracking number link on the website that we gave you after TWO days of payment, it is not stuck in Germany, your order in our parcel is back to you as you dear customer did not pick it up. We alerted your by email on the 26th that you need to pick up urgently. Even alerted by tracking system. We only have to buy a ticket from Germany to the USA and play a quest game called "find your address", because the courier service in the USA can not find it.

Please apologize for your 6 emails that we did not reply to you in the time you want. But we already have a CEO who will allocate time not only to you but also to our other lovely customers. According to our little German laws we have a working week to answer you. We have customers who not only know how to count to 1, but also how to read and write down an address correctly.
