These guys have such a passion for watches and it absolutely shows in every aspect of dealing with them. I personally dealt with Tristan who is just a stellar person.

I came across Mainspring while searching for additional links for my Carrera chrono & SLR Calibre S. Tristan went above & beyond & was able to source the required links in great condition and at a very reasonable price. Communication was absolutely top notch despite the massive time zone differences between the UK & Australia. Replies were always prompt, engaging and you can just tell how passionate he is in every message you get. When the links arrived they were seriously well packed and in amazing condition.

In the scope of other reviews on here my purchase wasn’t a big one…but seeing that they put as much effort & passion into sourcing a few links for a guy across the other side of the globe as they would for a local purchasing a high end timepiece…I simply cannot recommend Mainspring Watches enough…yes they are THAT good. I was in need of a rare and discontinued bracelet for a watch used daily for a specific work purpose. Tristan was able to source the bracelet I needed and offered it at an extremely reasonable price, all achieve over the course of a weekend. Comms were exceptional and between Tristan and Jay, I had a confirmed order on the Monday, which was subsequently received on the Tuesday. Bracelet was as described and well packed. I literally couldn’t have asked for a better service from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Mainspring again, or to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reasonably priced, first class service.

This was the first time I had sold a watch before and Mainspring watches couldn't have made it more accommodating. I was nervous about posting my watch for inspection, so I drove to do it in person. On meeting the faces behind the name, I couldn't have felt more comfortable leaving the watch with them to inspect.

The watch I was selling needed a service which affected the price they could offer me for it, but they took the trouble to call me yesterday (a week on from our business concluding) to say that the service cost less than they expected and paid me a further £80!!

Genuinely good people providing an honest and professional service. Wouldn't think twice about working with them again.
