Excellent service

Excellent service - a lifesaver. I was about to cancel some important work and Malcolm talked me through what I needed to check so calmly. I felt in very safe hands and the situation was resolved promptly

Senior Heating Engineer

Senior Heating Engineer, Mathew Lip, provided a five star service.For 2 years I have had problems with the hot water supply.Matthew was courteous and managed to problem solve and re-route the hot water supply, resulting in reduced times for receiving hot water from 1.40mins to 20 secs.
Matthew has more than 30 years experience!

Matthew was exceptional

Matthew was exceptional. He was on time, was very quick to diagnose and then worked very hard to rectify some tricky issues with old pipes etc. would highly recommend him!!

Leaking washing machine. Very helpful!!

My washing machine was leaking. They came extremely quickly, earlier than originally said, and were so helpful and polite. I had Toby come help me and he was polite, explained what was going on and sorted the issue for me.
I would absolutely recommend. Thank you Toby!

Poor Communication, Response and Service

Total lack of response relating to issues with a boiler Maintract have installed and no reply from the owners from follow-up.

A shoddy service. Avoid.

Amazing service!

Matthew was great and went above and…

Matthew was great and went above and beyond at every turn.
He arrived punctually on both days exactly as scheduled, worked efficiently despite obvious difficulties in the work, not to mention the 7 flights of stairs and perhaps most importantly finished to job to a high standard cleaning up well afterwards.
In addition he was lovely in himself and even fixed a rattling washing machine which had been bothering me and my partner for months.
Couldn't be happier thank you very much.
