Reliable and hardworking

The – as we thought – small series of plumbing jobs proved to be quite extensive, and Harrison worked long and hard to complete them.
All seems to have been done satisfactorily, and he had to show good problem solving skills on one or two that were not as straightforward as expected.
All the Maintracts workers we have had in recent months (we had a nasty blocked drain problem) have been friendly, knowledgeable, and enhanced the reputation of your company in our eyes.

Polite, friendly, and efficient

This is the second time I have used Maintracts. The first time was because I had no hot water which was due to a faulty plug/socket not heating the bottom of the boiler.
Today was because I only had lukewarm water due to a faulty valve leading to cold/hot water mixing.

Toby attended on both occasions. Kept me updated over the phone because he was running late due to a job requiring more time. Investigated the problem systematically and found the source. Explained the issue and solution to me clearly. Polite, friendly, and efficient at all times.

Brilliant

Brilliant, Like No Other!
I called these guys this morning and they sent me an engineer this afternoon. He arrived on time and was so polite. He got my approval before completing the work once he identified the problem. My hot water was back in an hour and he had the part on his van. What really made the difference was that he showed me what he was doing and took the time to explain why. These guys are so much better than Pimlico Plumbers. It was actually a pleasure to have Darren in my house.

Definitely recommend

Toby was incredibly helpful - we’ve had a slow running kitchen drain for 6 months that had finally blocked. Toby cleared the drains and the flow is now excellent. He also gave helpful advice on how we should avoid this in the future. We’ll definitely use Maintracts again if we need to.

New Boiler

Matthew Lip came to fit our new boiler, he was professional and polite throughout and was very efficient! He also gave me a tutorial so that we were aware of how everything works! Thank you for your help!

Boiler installation: polite, efficient and informative service

I was extremely satisfied by the service I received from Maintracts in April last year (2021). A new boiler was installed at a property I let out by an engineer, Jack, who my tenant described as extremely professional and courteous. Since I manage the property from a distance, I was for my part extremely appreciative of the prompt and informative responses I received to any questions I had by email from my contact at the company (Oliver). The boiler was installed with minimum disruption and continues to operate entirely satisfactorily.

Boiler Replacement

Excellent service replacing the boiler and explaining the new system.

Matthew was very helpful and well informed as well as keeping a tidy workspace!

Matthew also got a radiator to work properly that has been faulty for years.

Waking up on Christmas Eve to no…

Waking up on Christmas Eve to no heating or hot water is a disaster. But thanks to Maintracts, our Christmas is saved. Really prompt and friendly service, offered initial video assessment and then fixed the boiler the same day (which on Christmas Eve is pretty amazing). Malcolm, thank you so much for saving Christmas, you're welcome round for mince pies any time!

Best service ever

Best service ever. Always helpful. Malcolm helped us reboot our Hive via video call when we were at a loss what to do. Have used them for multiple jobs and cannot recommend highly enough.

Trustworthy and knowledgeable

Malcom was very kind and helped us to fix a boiler that stopped working unexpectedly. We have called Maintracts whenever we had issues and they have always managed to fix it the same day.

Called Malcom at Maintracts who took time out of his Sunday to talk through the boiler issue we had and we were able to get the boiler working again. Great service . Malcom came accross as very knowledgeable and friendly. Would def use again.
