Unable to talk to anyone
Unable to talk to anyone, either company or delivery service..non receipt of order. To be honest problem more likely carriers, lack of communication from Maisie & Claire hasn’t helped as no reference other than original dispatch note.
Update, have been contacted by Maisie & Claire who addressed issue with carriers. Have now received parcel. It’s easy to commend service when things go smoothly..in this case I highly commend Maisie & Claire for resolving the problem courteously and efficiently...and that’s where customer care counts.😁

Hi Gillian, thank you for your review. Having a look at your order & recent email to us directly. Our first email from you was approximately 3 hours prior to you leaving this review, at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon.
We work Monday to Friday, 9-5, but hadn’t had a chance to respond to your email within the few hours that you gave us, but did reply over the weekend (today, Saturday)
Unfortunately these reviews can be quite harmful to our small business. As mentioned in our email reply to you, we use a mix of couriers and pick the one most appropriate for the location, and cost. Sometimes our shipping can cost double or more what the customer pays, and as a small business we may make a loss if always using Australia Post over other couriers.
Additionally, we always send out tracking information upon the order being shipped or lodged with the courier and this can be updated at any time.
Having a look at the order, they were unable to deliver and the parcel has been delivered to the nearest depot for collection. You are always welcome to contact us if you have any issues, and we can pass this onto the couriers also.

Beautiful products and friendly service
Such beautiful products which made it hard to choose so ended up buying more than originally intended. One product damaged in transport. Easy communication and while exact replacement wasn't available a very similar product was offered and sent quickly. Very friendly service.
