The tiny bottle I ordered (as big as my thumb) came in a big box just so the paper commercial magazine of the company (that I would throw away immediately with the packaging) could be added. This felt very environmentally unfriendly and also a bit pushy with advertisement I didn't ask for. Furthermore the product was fine.
The stool looks nice. However, I ordered it so I could also use it as a seat. On the website it clearly said "max 120kg load". My surprise was high when I received it and there was a sticker on it saying max weight is on 110 Lbs. That is less than half! And that is not sufficient to sit on! So it defeats the whole purpose of why I bought it
Once again it went wrong. In the order confirmation they had my address right but in the sending confirmation they had it wrong AGAIN! So they’ve send it to the wrong address anyway. GLS delivered it to the neighbor of the wrong address (without my permission ) I was not given the opportunity to make a delivery appointment so now my parcel is lost. For some mysterious reason this company cannot get my address right no matter how many times I adjust it on my account. Not even when they confirm my order with the right address they somehow manage to send it to the wrong place!
They have beautiful products and deliver quickly. I'll definitely order from them again!
