Exceptional service and all thanks to the guy dealing with my case. I think his name was Ali. Please thank him for me. People such as him makes visits bearable and worthwhile. I had a lot of questions and I felt he gave me honest answers. Did not feel pressured into buying this vehicle.

Guys at major cars were very helpful to get my new car insurance. And before that they let me check the car properly to have my time for decision.

Good value for vehicle purchase. Easy purchase once everything got going. Unfortunately staff weren't overly knowledgeable on their own computer systems, I was left waiting for 10 minutes when I arrived to collect my car while the salesman sat in my new car on the phone with the engine running. Once he'd finished his phone call he didn't have the documents ready to go despite having time to prepare for my arrival given that you have to book a slot with them. I had to prompt him multiple times and actually ask if he was ready for me to transfer payment. He was so focused on getting reviews done while I was sat there with him (I refused as I was in a rush by that point) that everything else seemed to come second. Overall not hugely happy with the customer service, but price was good and I'm very happy with the car itself. 4 stars.

Drove down from Cambridge to look at Bmw 320d auto , First look the car was tidy and well presented Staff was polite and helpful . Finance guy from Major Cars had great knowledge about my credit and got me approved in 1 hour . Happy so far with my bew car.

AVOID THIS COMPANY MY PARTNER DROVE 300 MILES FOR THIS CAR GEAR BOX TOTALLY GONE THERE REFUSING TO SORT THE WARRENTY THAT COMES WITH THE CAR HE CANT DRIVE THE CAR AS ITS NOT SAFE VERY SILLY PEOPlE IF THEY THINK THEY CAN AVOUD PAYING THE WARRENTY OBVIOUSLY ISNT REAL OR THEY WOULDNT HAVE A PROBLEM CLAIMIMG ON IT NEVER MIND IM CURRENTLY ON THE PHONE TO THE LAW TO SORT THIS NOT EVEN 2 WEEKS OLD THE CAR THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVENT HAD A VISIT FROM TRADING STANDARDS BEFORE WELL THEY WILL NOW SEE YOU IN COURT STAY AWAY PEOPLE THEY MAKE EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO SORT HURRRNDOUS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
