Had an issue with my flex arm attachment after installing and called Major Fitness and after taking with customer service , was referred to product support and explained to them the issues and was sent a replacement shortly thereafter . Working with Zoe in product support was a great experience and would definitely recommend any product from Major Fitness due to great customer service and incredibly great equipment. Well built and versatile!

Major Fitness offers fitness solutions of exceptional quality. The shipping speed was more than fair, and the parts arrived safely and undamaged, which was impressive but no surprise given how well they were packaged.
The use of science on their blog instilled great trust in the company for me, and I'm beyond thrilled with my purchase 1 month later.

Customer service was amazing. My family and I love our Major Fitness equipment.

My issue has not been resolved and is taking too long to resolve. I am not satisfied with the product and im dissatisfied with the delivery service. I received a damaged piece and was unable to reach anyone when i called the number provided. When i finally was able to reach someone by email i was told that the damaged part would be replaced, but could not be expedited. A shipping label was created 6 days ago and fedex still has not received it for shipping. Ive had a half built smith machine sitting in my garage for 2 weeks now that i cannot use. I paid alot of money for a product that is damaged and i cannot use. You can improve by placing urgency on fixing a situation where a customer received a product that was of poor quality.

Excellent product, delivery on time. I recommend this product especially if your garage is less than 88"-90". Also, the quality is there, and the aluminum pulleys are a must.

The B52 is a great piece of equipment. It is a solid machine, very well made!

The leg extension attachment could be built a little sturdier and have better padding.

I had a frustrating experience with Major Fitness due to a significant delay in my order shipment. After placing my order, I was given an expected shipping date that kept getting pushed back, with limited proactive communication from the company. I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates, which made the process even more disappointing.

While customer service did eventually respond and offered a small compensation, it didn’t feel proportional to the inconvenience and uncertainty caused by the delay. Waiting weeks beyond the original timeline without clear answers is not what I expected when making a purchase.

I understand that delays can happen, but better communication and more meaningful solutions would go a long way in improving the overall customer experience. Based on this experience, I would be cautious about ordering again unless shipping reliability improves.

I love this system. Sat on the fence for a while on whether I should buy or not. After having bought it I wish I had bought it sooner.

Bench is quick and easy to adjust. No pins or latches. Great quality.

I love this weight rack. It got here so quickly and was easy to assemble..

The B52 power rack has been a great addition to our home gym. The cables move seamlessly and the bar glides with ease. I was shocked that the Smith machine bar is full weight and not cable supported like other brands. This will allow for workouts to have a more similar feel to a standard flat bench.
Delivery was quick and assembly was not too bad considering how many parts there are.

Everything was great from customer service…to delivery (it arrived earlier than expected)…to follow up. The proactive YouTube assembly video was particularly helpful. And the product is awesome. Thanks, Major!
