I would like to start by saying I’m not sure the individual who wrote the instructions has put the B-52 pro together before. Step one was scattered amongst all the boxes so everything had to be open and laying out on the floor to get step one done. This is probably my chief complaint. Other than that. I’m very happy with the finish product and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

The equipment is top of the line. The customer service is top of the line. I had no problem putting my B52 smith machine together and it works better than advertised. Great company with great equipment.

Product was great and delivery was great. Setting up the rig took about 4 hours. Some of the instructions took a bit to decipher

I purchased the b52 EVO on 3/1 not knowing it was a pre order but when I reached out they let me know when to expect it and even pushed it up as soon as they could. It came in 1 coffin with everything which put my mind at ease not having to wait for any other shipments. The price was very fair and the assembly wasn't to difficult. The height was just perfect for my basement as I'm from the Midwest and want to be able to use it year round without having to deal with the cold in a detached garage. My ceiling was 83.5inchs and it barely fit. This machine is everything you could want in a home gym and well worth the price.

I ordered the b52 pro for a major garage gym transformation and it's changed my life. Building it took hours and will need some assistance on certain parts but its well worth it. There might be minor issues with the Smith machine Barbell where one side hovers and the other side is locked in place but the Facebook group discusses this issue often and there's an easy fix to it. Other then that it's a smooth working machine and I don't regret my decision on purchasing. Also I ordered the blue and it's a cool color, highly recommend

Major Fitness has really stepped up their game with the AH64 Bench and Leg Roller attachment! The build quality is excellent.

I purchased the B52 Pro after researching all
Other similar machine. It was easy to assemble after watching the videos due to a few flaws with the printed instructions. There was a few scratches on the uprights nothing crazy probably from shipping no big deal. The issue I had and the reason why I gave 4 stars is the smith bar on one side was too short and the slide on connector wouldn’t fit. I reached out to support and they responded with sending me a replacement. I’m still waiting on the replacement bar it’s been a week so far. Everything works as it should. Would be nice if they made the B52 pro in a 1:1 ratio or a way to make it 1:1. The B52 works as it should.

The delivery service was great. The quality of the rack is excellent.

Customer service is what I consider subpar. No one answers phone nor returns calls. Emails are unanswered. It took nearly a month to have our matter resolved due to poor communication of Major Fitness customer service. The equipment we purchased for the Fire Dept is great! Delivery/shipping was excellent. However, someone should monitor the service dept.

When I receive my package adjustable bench for my F22 Pro rack packaging was damage. I noticed some quality control issues with my accessory to reach customer service unable to talk to no one I would like the things be better with product especially when send $200 to $300 or more so I don’t wanna feel like I regret forgetting the product it works, but I have a little concerns

I needed a lot of help with a piece of my equipment and Major Fitness went above and beyond in helping to resolve the issue!

It speaks volumes when a company puts in so much effort to help a customer to get them working out again and their products running at perfection.

I appreciate all the hard the team put in to help me and for keeping track of our progress and putting in so much effort for a team that’s hardworking and very busy helping customers!

Overallgood experience!! disappointed in initial transaction that supposedly stated there was a two month delay in shipping the Gym. It was not prominently displayed anywhere on the site that I could find and I was sent a simple text with a picture, saying to expect shipment at a date almost 2 months later that should’ve been in big and bold, which would’ve not changed my decision by the gym, but would’ve had me had an alternative until the gym came in two months later and instead of anticipating it, it’s Delivery within a couple of weeks.
