Item ended up shipping early. This is a great addition to the B52 rack to help with my lat pull downs. Love Major Fitness products
How easy your website is to navigate. I’m always surprised by how quickly your product gets shipped and delivered.
The order shipped in a timely manner and the setup for my F-22 Pro was a lot easier than expected. The videos made the assembly process a breeze and I was able put together in around 4 hours by myself without any issues. The rig is very sturdy and is the perfect height for my basement. Love the purchase and this has made me be able to cancel my gym membership because I have a great one now right at home. Being able to workout from home is not only convenient but it also significantly reduces the time that I’m away from my family by dealing with traffic, other people etc…Overall this is a net positive for me and I’m very happy with my purchase.
The overall experience has been far from smooth. Major Fitness operates with very limited direct customer support, but largely dependent on whether they respond to emails, which is frustrating.
I was choosing between a few different gym rack brands and reached out to Major Fitness for additional product details. After some back-and-forth, they finally confirmed that an “Adjustable Big Foot Plate” was included, which ultimately led me to choose the F35 Pro. This feature made the product slightly more competitive, despite it being significantly more expensive than alternatives given some specific considerations were involved too.
However, upon receiving the product, I found that the foot plate was not included. After multiple follow ups, the company eventually responded, attributing the issue to a “mistake by their operations department during editing”, but offered no solution, remedy, or compensation.
Based on this experience, I would strongly urge anyone considering their products to think carefully, especially if there are comparable alternatives available.
For reference, I purchased the F35 Pro model for A$2570!!
There are also several alternatives available at a much lower price point:
Cortex PR4 $759
Force USA MyRack SpaceSaver $724
ATX Folding Rack $859
And other foldable racks e.g Sumo / Attivo / Vulcan
Bought an adjustable bench - PLT01. Was impressed with the design and build quality for the price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality bench at a reasonable price.
Great delivery in perfect condition and on time. The system itself works great. The added weight plates are definitely the way to go. My HSA covered the entire cost. Highly recommend
I have the F35. It’s a pretty good product. Unfortunately the cable lengths are too long and have a lot of slack. I have the cables set to the most extended hole on the machine and still have about an inch and a half. This leads to flimsy cables swinging around the machine. I reached out a few times and just kept getting the run around for the support team. It has almost everything dialed in, but the cables and lack of good customer service really make regret going with this brand.
Very easy ordering process, and our F22 Pro arrived smoothly in 7 packages (no signature required). The installation video was very helpful, and every piece in the box is easily recognizable. My husband and I were able to assemble it without a hitch. The actual F22 Pro seems to be solid and of great quality. It has been excellent working out - 0 complaints, we love it!
Bought the F22 Pro (not standard). Really good starter rack and enough add-on accessories for it to become a proper longer term gym. 4-Stars is not bad but here's why: its not tall enough for me (I am 6-foot) and hanging pull-ups are just super awkward. Second, is that the 170-pound weights on the pulley - too little for 12-year old because actual weight is half that, meaning 85 pounds. They should just increase price and offer 140 pounds of weights. I had to buy extra weights, plates its a goof fix. Third and last, because of height the pull-down is super awkward (it is not high enough like a gym). I bought extensions that raise it 9-inch for pretty penny. This extension SHOULD be included in the kit (go ahead, raise the prices, I don't know too many 5'2 people that without it deem useful). Instructions were good enough (no words) but could be better (took me 6+ hours one-person with two rachets 14mm and 17mm). If you don't rachets, it will take you longer and you will question you life choices :)! Once built, its great. Enjoy get fit.
Pretty good overall. However I’m unable to use the top barbell hook to store it. The barbell won’t spin into place at the top. It spins in every spot but the top part.
Tried to ask questions before I ordered. Answers were difficult to understand. Almost like they weren’t written by someone that speaks English. I bought the equipment anyways. Assembly instructions very difficult to read. Theres no manual that shows how to use all of the exercises the machine does. The videos they have aren’t very informative. Big investment from me, not much guidance from them. Oh well. Live and learn.
The connection with the sales rep over the phone and in person was done professionally.
They offered solutions to my problem. Sent me replacement parts. Great service
I’m missing parts and have sent e mails and called at least 5 times and no response. No one ever picked up the phone, just voice mail through your customer support. I bought over $6000 dollars worth of equipment from you and this is how you treat customers. Will steer everyone away from you company
