First go with a home gym and loving it! My B52 is great, solid, practical with perfect footprint for my garage. Assembly took about a half a day, with a couple small errors on my part.
Overall very happy, and getting stronger!

Equipment never arrived. Had to cancel order. So disappointed

Provided expensive shitty product and then shitty customer service.

Although it took a while to get all the parts and pieces it was easy to put together. Makes a huge difference not having to leave the house to work out. Operates as good as the equipment at the gym.

The equipment is fantastic…once it’s received. In fact, customer support is as poor as the equipment is great; that being said, I would give the physical equipment a 10, but customer support needs a ton of work. There’s no one to communicate with via phone, emails are answered far and few in between, and responses are simply a bandaid indicating your shipment “has been expedited with the appropriate department”. I received a partial refund which I would have gladly traded for an update on the shipment I was told would be here in 3 weeks opposed to 2 months. A detailed response on my “batch” only came after I threatened to cancel my order which was very disappointing. To give credit however, the equipment itself is fantastic. Assembly was easy, directions were clear, and quality is top notch. Unfortunately, I would tag any future purchase as buyer beware strictly because of unclear lead times and no one to give clarity on when to actually expect their shipment. This type of purchase is far too pricy to not feel like it’s a scam, only to let out a sigh of relief and once it actually arrives.

So the leg extension first ordered was a disappointment because it the seat was welded wrong. So contacted customer service absolute nightmare experience then comes the emails back and forth took over 24 hours for a reply. So from the time of buying it and using it was about 2 weeks not the best deal for spending over $400

Ordering was easy. Delivery happened quickly. Putting the machine together took a long time but the directions and instructions were very clear. So far, using the machine has been great. Its solid, smooth, and a great addition to my workout regimine.

The shipment time took a while (about 4 weeks), but it was worth it. This machine takes an entire gym and puts it in your home.

No fear of looking awkward starting out, or being unsure of what to do.

It's just you, your gym, and your goals.

Hey guys, first of all I truly love my B52 pro workout machine. It functions great and for the price, I think the quality is up there. This is why I never gave anything a bad review. I truly love it and use it 6 days a week. It is life changing have so many workouts at home. My only problem is with the leg extension attachment. I spent nearly $400 on it and it is So awkward. There is really no good way to sit and it rolls up your shins. Honestly I often feel like I'm going to get hurt, (and I am in pretty good shape) every time I use it. It's just so awkward. If you have, not try it for yourself and see. I still need leg extensions in my workout so I am going to use it anyway and be careful but it is pretty bad for leg extensions. I hope this review only goes to you as I do not want to do anything to damage your reputation. Just felt I had to be honest. It feels like $400 that was not spent well. Sorry guys

Good product. Some of the weights came dinged up, which was disappointing and caused delays in assembly. Other than that it has been a great addition to my home gym

Overall, the experience and equipment purchased was decent. The equipment works well and meets expectations. Your free weights/plates are well made and easy to use. I feel for the value you pay, having parts of the system come scratches/blemishes shows a lack of quality control and disappointment on the consumers part. I was also shocked how the directions to build the system give zero descriptive detail and are poorly printed leaving the consumer guessing and using trial and error to build their Major Fitness system.

Great equipment and a great company! I started with a B52 and have been upgrading and adding equipment and accessories….everything I have purchased so far has been awesome! Just upgraded to the weight stack….that was a game changer for my workouts!!

Great overall experience with Major Fitness. Call center was super helpful in putting my rack together and were extremely quick in resolving a small issue. Rack was easy to build and it works great!

Takes a little time to set up but a solid machine! Highly recommend!

The bench back came defective. The base had punctured a hole in the side and back of the bench back piece. I reached out to customer support twice via their website (email). I never received a response. I paid good money for this bench. It should be perfect.
