I ordered 2 items for a Christening. The box arrived promptly but it was torn and one item was missing. Looked like it had fallen out of the box in transit. I emailed customer service and explained that thr missing item was for a Christening in 4 days time. I had a personalised replacement 2 days later. Outstanding customer service and great quality products.

Frames are beautiful customizable and great quality! My original order was damaged during delivery through no fault of make it with words but with one phone call to them they sorted it all out for me and had a replacement order sent to me asap.
