Don’t buy anything from this company. First quality is poor. Received plaque with incomplete address. Sent two emails. Sent picture of plaque as requested. Received 2nd response. Stating it’s what on my order if I wanted a new one send in order and pay another fee. The plaque read 3 Erie instead of 3 Erie Ave. stick on letters can be bought at Michael’s. I’m done. Will never order from this company again.

I ordered 3 of the what the moon looked like when you were born for my kids. Two showed up(definitely cheap but useable), the third had a huge crease running through the gold foil moon. I contacted customer service through there email and got a response back saying it could take up to 3 business days to be contacted. Its been weeks and nothing. It sucks since I have 2 kids that got it and one got screwed. I can't even return them due yo lack of customer service. Product was about $35 each. Do not buy from them. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY THE ADDRESS SIGNS WITH SOLAR LIGHTING! They are useless. The light hardly works and 99% of the time you cant see the sign at all. Total waste of money.

My new Regalmaison arrived and looks fantastic. Excellent communication continually to the arrival time.

They are a criminal organization .
I wonder why they are still in operation and has not been shut down.
I ordered for a plaque which was supposed to be delivered at a certain time before I traveled but did not arrive before my departure so I couldn’t pick it up because I was out of the jurisdiction.
I am back and I went to follow up on that plaque and I am told to pay for the same item again due to their ineffectiveness in delivering.
I don’t know where in the world that this is acceptable

I ordered a house name and number plaque as it was advertised on FB, with thick black panel with engraved characters and silver background, but ended up getting a black PVC panel and sticker characters for name and number. I sent them an email to complain, but no reply. looks like scamming Chinese company. My fault for not looking up Trust Pilot before.

I purchased a house sign from the website. What was delivered was completely different from that shown and I would never have wanted to purchase what was delivered. It was so rubbish I would never put it on my house. I immediately rejected the goods but they denied a refund. The whole operation is a complete con. Do not buy from them you will lose your money.

Bought the Solar Powered Address Light and it stopped working after 2 days!

Product never delivered. They then said I am to blame for providing incorrect address? They then said when the product is returned, it cannot be resent and therefore no refund. SCAM

I have ordered and 12h later réalisés a typo happening my husband name… wrote to them…. They responded 3 days later saying: sorry can’t do anything. Shitty customer service and I regret this purchase. And please DO NOT order from this scam company. ´A company that do not respect their customer are not worth it

The sign was fine but the light failed after 3 days following rain. Tried to contact seller several times but have been ignored

Horrible, Horrible, Terrible! Cannot say one good thing about this piece of junk! I think Dollar Tree would produce a better quality item. It’s great for a dollar house or a gag gift! Extremely cheap, looks foolish, size is absolutely horrible for standard home! Shame on them for robbing people for $50+ to get a POS product! * BEWARE* !!! Do not buy ! Total scam!!!

Scam company.
Took my money, I even paid for delivery protection. 8 weeks down the line, no product, no refund. Just a vague "senior management is working on it" and to exercise patience. 8 whole weeks and nothing. Over £40 gone. Engage with them at your own risk

They are frauds. Money paid and no product received. No response to efforts made to contact them.
