Company should disclose that they’re in China, and that it will take 2-3 weeks for product to arrive. After a super long wait, packaging was horrible and product didn’t come close to photo on website. Disappointing to say the least.

I ordered it more than 2 months ago. No refund, just apologies. Still waiting for the product to be delivered. Gave up. Would not recommend them at all.

My package said it was delivered but it was not found by me. I emailed regalmaison and they got back to me the next day. Here to find out someone else at the apartment grabbed it the day before and returned it to me. Thanks for getting back to me the next day!

I received prompt service in accordance with my order. The solar address plate was exact what I order. I wish the solar light was a bit stronger illumination.

No follow up or response from their end despite of paying the full amount of 195 Saudi Riyals on Aug 4, 2025. Also there were two emails have been forwarded as reminders with no luck.

This company is a scam! I’ll never buy anything again without reading this trust pilot web site. I ordered 1 plaque, they sent two and will not refund the second one! DONOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! Plaques are cheap looking. Worth maybe $19.99!

If this webside allowed me to mark negative 100 stars I would do so. Regal Mason has effectively stolen my money. It's been 92 days since I ordered some dingy house sign, to be honest I barely even remember what I ordered as it's been over 3 months! Anywho this is the garbage message I got from 'William' in Customer Support;

'Thank you for your messages. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the extended delay with your order.

After reviewing the situation, your parcel is currently held at customs, which is why there has been no movement in tracking updates. Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund while the parcel is still in transit or held by customs. Refunds can only be issued once the item has been officially returned to us.'

Like others have said I wish I’d come here first. Bought a moon print for a specified day, NOTHING like what you see advertised on Pinterest and not the correct moon phase either. Customer service is extremely poor too. Lesson learned the hard way. Cheap imported tat.

Well well well! Should have visited this page 1st. Obviously my mistake seeing all of you frustrated customers. My product (solar house number) arrived as scheduled. Damn it looked so good in the advertisement. The light worked 1 night. Anyway William my customer rep. Responded just to tell me I’m s$@t out of luck. You know the saying you get what you pay for. I know there’s a lot of negative reviews but honestly I think it’s because the company is in china that many consumers aren’t aware so they expect their order on time. But someone like me who checks and tracks their items I understood why it took a while, (2 weeks incl processing time) the only thing I’d say is a space between one word but that could’ve been how I typed it. They said only 6 lines but they made sure to fit the whole message, it’s so intrinsic and beautiful honestly! I’m happy I didn’t let negative reviews impact my choice to buy thanks guys! So happy with my product

There was a distinct lack of communication that led to my initial complaint. However, once William got involved my order arrived promptly and we had notification of when it would arrive. The item is as expected and I am happy with it.
If the company sorts out the communication issues I feel the rating would be higher.

I ordered a sign for the house. It arrived without installation instructions and as the sign is iluminated to try and do so without them would be dangerous. I feel sure they would react more swiftly if I sued them for an injury caused by their product. I have requested a copy manual several times but are now being ignored by them. Please do not use this company. They are useless once they have your money.

What a cluster****. I KNEW better than to order off of something I saw on reels on Facebook. I ordered a picture of what the moon looked like the night my first grandchild was born. For starters, the packaging was all beat up, and I remember thinking this isn’t going to be good. When I got it out, the frame was coming apart on two corners and a barb from one of the staples they used was protruding out of the frame. As an aside, it was the smallest staple I’ve ever seen in my life. I’m not sure how they think those would’ve held anything together. I asked for a prepaid mailing label to send it back so they could fix the frame. I did NOT ask for replacement, but they sent one anyway. It was smaller, the moon was totally different from the original one they sent, and they had pulled the verbiage out of their butt, because it was not the same as the original at all. I tried to dispute it with my credit card company, but their “fine print” said they do not provide refunds or replacements on discounted items and that their “design team and factory” quality check items before they are shipped. Pro tip: you’ll find that ALL their items are discounted. Please don’t fall for this scammy company. I wish I had checked trustpilot in the first place before placing my order. NEVER trust a company that doesn’t have a customer service phone number. Their emailing customer service was abysmal, to say the least.

Absolute rubbish service. I bought 2 of these and none of them were delivered to me and they can put as delivered in their status. Absolutely not contactable. Very very very poor service !!!!!

Never received the product,

Bought a cartoon production of a photograph as a gift. The delivery took longer than expected. The item was poor. The picture was not as described and looked nothing like the website had promised. When I complained their team took months to respond. They blamed AI and said this was to be expected. They wouldn’t accept any responsibility and refused a refund. The picture looked like a 3 year old had simply coloured the original picture in. Save your time and money and use a free AI app. I did and got a much better result. Avoid. Scam.

I want to start with don’t do it. It will never arrive you want get it I don’t care what there saling you I payed for an item it never came I gave them time to make it right they blow me off and said nope. So if u want to give who ever your $$$ do that just had them cash your not getting this item

I placed an order in January, never received (it’s now July). They claimed there was a problem with the contact details provided - the mobile number and address both correct. Refusing to resend or provide a refund (I want the latter), claiming their policy is they will do neither if the customer details are wrong. This is not the case. No evidence has been provided that the product ever existed or shipped. I live in a country where couriers always contact before delivery - there was never any contact on this delivery. A complete scam.

Ordered a plague and the number 8 is incomplete they will not send a replacement, as they say that's the font selected I do not select any font just typed in y address.
As other reviews have stated wish I had read them before I ordered

This company is a ripoff company, don’t waste your money with them.
Bought a picture and it arrived damaged and wrong message, they replaced it 6 wks later only to arrive damaged again, the company refused to refund me.
I’m still waiting for the third replacement but not holding my breath.
Word of advice never buy off the internet.
