My son is obsessed with the country plushies and he patiently waited for his delivery for 5 months, however the package said delivered but we did not receive it. My son was so disappointed. I contacted customer service and had the pleasure of communicating with Carmela. Carmela was absolutely amazing. Not only were we reassured but the package was replaced and came in no time. The constant communication that Carmela gave was very much so appreciated. This is who you want to work for your company. Amazing job Carmela. My son and I appreciate you very much.

Hello!! Im Lucas, I'll get straight to the point: Makeship's partnerships are really cool. They partner with games and people I never imagined would have a plushie or hoodie, for example, Die of Death or Gorilla Tag. And about the support team, they are very kind and attentive to the consumer, and I think that's one of the most important points for companies and online stores to reach an audience and develop in the digital market.
The only thing I found a bit bad is that they don't have a specific price for different regions, because for countries like Brazil, Argentina, etc., it ends up being very expensive. This isn't a problem, but it is an inconvenience because for me, for example, living in Brazil, Makeship products are VERY expensive, and I know that's not entirely their fault, but it's still a negative point for me regarding the store.
Now, speaking about the two experiences I had with Makeship, I bought the Pest Hoodie and the Artful Plushie. I really like both of these characters, and the purchase went exactly as expected. They gave me an approximate delivery date for my products, which is crucial for me because I get very anxious about things I buy online.
But overall, Makeship does a great job, and I hope they can grow even more in the digital market!

Amazing, lots of trust and excellent customer service.
I had a problem at first because the package arrived but the people working at my local post offices told me it was probably a package from some other site, the package number was different and i thought it was a scam so i returned the item.
Later i found out that it was the plushie i ordered that arrived and that i just returned it. I was really sad but i explained the situation to Renz from customer service and even though it was a busy time of the year (around Christmas, so they got a bunch of mails) he responded quite quickly and told me an easy solution. I got the plush and i only had to pay around 8€ for the shipping and the first shipping of the product was free as well.
I'm very satisfied with this company and the people they have on the team!

I had an unfortunate circumstance where my package was set to arrive before Christmas, but the courier (UniUni) that made the delivery for Makeship had placed the package in front of another door and tried to gaslight me that the package was delivered properly. The courier even sent me pictures of the wrong apartment door.
Marnelle with Makeshift helped me see the pictures the delivery person took and helped me investigate the incorrect delivery every step of the way including getting a replacement as we weren't able to find the package. She has been immensely helpful every step of the way and has been updating me on my redelivery. She deserves a huge raise for her customer service support!

I had ordered a plush of Bingbong from the game Peak as a Christmas gift for my friend who loves the game and has had a rough year. Unfortunately the first delivery was stolen but Marnelle from Makeship support was able to get a replacement sent out and my friend got his gift and literally helped save Christmas for my friend. Thank you so much for the outstanding support!

I ordered for my grandson and the shipment didn't arrive on time. I notified quick ship and immediately received response from cs. Few days later sent another request. Next day received package. Just follow instructions to assist cs.

Overall I had a good experience, between ordering and update emails. However, it’s about a week and a half past the estimated arrival date, and package tracking has given no updates since “package has arrived at customs” on January second. I’m starting to wonder if it’s even going to arrive.

I bought a collector's stuffed animal. I heard absolutely nothing about my order for a month, only to be told that it wouldn't be shipped until five months later. The reason?
It has to go into production.
I sent an email demanding a refund, but I haven't received my money back, nor have I received a response, and of course, I haven't received my stuffed animal.
Don't buy from this store!
I've bought 2 items from Makeshift, and in both cases the items themselves are really solid quality, look and feel great, and the experience of receiving them was great. In one case, I was actually given a replacement because my first was not delivered. The Swedish post service told me the item was received, but I never got it. Makeshift were super quick to make this right and sent me a replacement which arrived promptly. Couldn't ask for more.
