I had pre-ordered a plush a while ago and ran into a bit of a money problem a few days before it's release. I emailed customer support and despite the refund policy, James refunded me. He was very kind and understanding. I appreciate it lots plus the service was quick and easy.
I have ordered previously from a different account and all plushies came in great quality, I will definetly order again some day.

I’ve always loved Makeship, they make such great collectibles and cute items with the help of collaborators. The closest thing I can compare them to is Youtooz where they help create something cute and adorable for a limited time with great quality. Ive bought many things from them and recently I’ve been falling on money due to hard times, and so I had to cancel an order due to my issues. Shoutout to James for being awesome, he responded through customer service responded much quicker than I expected and canceled my order.

The item was sent back to the shipper, I was offered to pay 8.99 to re-ship the plush or nothing, aka no refund. this is dumb as it will just force me to take time out of my day, just to have the bank force the refund for me.

We mistakenly placed an order (my son accidentally clicked "pay") and although their policy says no refunds, I asked if they could process a refund for us. Judith very kindly and graciously took care of it for us. Love Makeship's customer service and product quality! We will continue to support them!

Second time ordering something from Makeship. First order went well, nothing wrong. But with my second order however my package couldn't be delivered due to unknown reasons. So I contacted the customer support and I was helped by Carmela. She responded pretty quick and was very friendly. She couldn't do much at this time and told me to wait until they receive my package and then she'd email me about it. Till this day I still haven't recieved my package which does concern me and I think it got lost. But I think I'll wait a couple of weeks until sending an email again I guess. As good as the customer support is, I do notice a lot of people have had issues with their orders in the last month. Not saying it's Makeships fault because obviously they can't do much about it but it's still frustrating for both the customer and the Makeship staff.

I'm a long time makeship orderer. This time I messed up and accidentally ordered something twice. When I talked to the customer support they were super friendly and helped me out, giving me a refund on one of the orders efficiently and friendly.
