I received a tracking notification from your delivery company that my parcel had been delivered. I was at home at the time and it had not been delivered. When I looked at the photo's uploaded by the courier company, the map location was clearly no where near my home and was in a different part of the county. The photo of the parcel showed it was badly damaged and the product had leaked everywhere - it looked like it had not been sufficiently protected in the first place. The parcel looked to have been photographed in a warehouse type facility and the map location confirmed this. I conclude it never left the courier's sorting office as it was damaged. Makeup.ie are refusing to refund me saying it'll take 30 days for the courier company to review the claim. They're also saying they can't fulfil the order now due to a technical difficulty. Very disappointed in the customer service - I the consumer am being made to pay for the mistakes of the company and their delivery courier. Not good enough in this day and age. I won't be buying from you again. I will exercise my consumer rights and report you to the consumer watchdog if I do not receive delivery of the items or a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

bought a perfume for 85 euros that doesn't smell at all, the toilet water smells better, when I contact them there is no conversation because they don't answer for the goods, the manufacturers answer 😁😁 don't buy don't waste your money in the worst store I've ever shopped in, I'll never buy again don't waste money on low-quality goods money is wasted, they don't solve problems, they don't look at the evidence, they don't want to use money or change the product or similar in any other way!

I regularly buy perfumes and I made multiple orders on Makeup.ie website. I haven't had any issues yet as everything was received as expected. Products arrive from Polish warehouse to Ireland within a week with tracking available for UPS delivery. I will be ordering from them in the future as well as I find the variety of products and prices very good! :-)

Purchased several air fresheners from Makeup on two occasions (was given free samples too). The air fresheners are of good quality and smell amazing. Delivery was very quick each time and items are very well packaged. Will be ordering more in the future. Highly recommend.

I was uncertain at first since I don't know anyone who has ordered through Makeup (hadn't heard of them before). But my first order came quickly, I found the products I wanted that I couldn't find on some other sites, and everything was packed so carefully, professionally, and intently that it arrived in perfect condition (a few of the items were in glass bottles). I've made several large orders since then and am very happy with the service. Highly, highly recommend.

Awful company to deal with,ordered aftershave and a shaving brush packaged poorly so bottle of aftershave arrived empty due to being damaged, shave brush wasn’t in the box. Refused to give me a refund unless I dropped my PayPal claim, which is against PayPal rules, and would then give them the option not to refund. Avoid this company at all costs absolutely dishonest!

Was a bit hesitant ordering aftershave given the price and other reviews but REALLY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. Great product, long lasting scent. Will definitely be buying again. Makeup is a trustworthy company. In my situation, the manager contacted me to resolve the issue with the shipping address and in the event of a shipping issue that is not the company's fault, and I was quickly refunded in full. I advise this company for responsibility

Bought a perfume for my wife and she was never happy with it's fragrance, she says it's way to weak for a new perfume.

To be sure, we went to a physical perfume shop and tried the same product and the difference was huge! Something is definitely wrong with the item bought from makeup.ie and based on the communication with their customer service I suspect it's fake.

It's a nice looking webshop with good prices on some items, even delivery was not bad, but given the problem described above I can't recommend this shop.

I can wholeheartedly recommend MakeUp! Cosmetics came secured with tape (so they wouldn't spill out) and wrapped in paper. The box with the cosmetics was stuffed with papers to protect against damage. Parcel sent by courier (UPS) from Poland to Ireland. The parcel arrived a week after placing the order! I will 100% order again!

Satisfied with the work of the company Makeup, all the products ordered were satisfied, the parcel arrived even earlier than expected. I hope it doesn't disappoint me in the future.

I got L'Occitane Shower Oil Refill 500ml for E26.50 approx., from Makeup.ie, which arrived as stated by UPS (good courier) and on time. You could get it in other places, but a good bit more expensive. Orders over E19.00, free shipping. I've since ordered other items from Makeup.ie
