I can see that you were in touch on Bank holiday (8th May) and the team have now dealt with, and processed your refund. We only scanned your return towards the end of last week but I am not sure whether that was a delay with the item arriving back to us or a delay our end. Either way, I apologise. Great little company

Great little company. First time I’ve ordered from them as they had a huge sale on little Dutch toys which we love. Didn’t quite think it was genuine but items came 2 days after ordering and all packed well. Will definitely be using again!

Paid for next day on the Thursday but…

Paid for next day on the Thursday but only due to receive items on Monday. Yet to see the quality but so far I’m disappointed

Hi Lauren, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your delivery. I have checked your order and can see that it was placed at 12.42pm on Thursday (23rd Feb). We dispatched the items almost straight away and it was collected by our courier DPD at 2pm. Unfortunately, due to your delivery address being classified as Highlands and not mainland UK, DPD take a minimum of 2 days to deliver the parcel. We do specify on our delivery page that next day delivery is only available for Mainland UK. They also do not deliver on Saturdays. I apologise for any confusion regarding the next day delivery service and have processed a refund of your entire delivery fee as a gesture of goodwill.

I can see from the delivery tracking that you have received your parcel now. I hope your happy with the bits that you ordered and if there is anything else we can do for you, please reach out to us directly. A wonderful range of good quality toys

I came across the website after doing a search for toys for our 2 year old grandson. I was very impressed by the range of toys and particularly liked the wooden range. We actually purchased a ramp car racer which our grandson loves playing with. It is made to a very high quality and looks like it will last for years. The delivery time was very quick and the product well packaged. I would certainly recommend this company.
