Hi Jane, thanks for your review however I note you have not fully explained the background to this. You placed an order using two gift cards. We subsequently received a charge back request for both gift cards and therefore the gift cards automatically become invalid as they no longer hold a balance. Therefore your order had to be cancelled. I note the gift cards were not purchased by yourself and therefore suggest getting in contact with the people who purchased the cards for you to understand why they wanted a refund. We also ask that you re-consider this very negative review.

I messaged customer services on day 5 (before I got the despatch email) and still not heard back from them, so if there was an issue, potentially a long wait for someone to reply… Other than that great variety of toys.
