Terrible mattress with springs coming…
Terrible mattress with springs coming out and can no longer sleep on 6 months after purchase, and even worse customer service. Buyer beware
Still awaiting issues to be rectified. Even with the below saying it’s complete

I bought my son & daughter this, they absolutely love it, so comfortable, they had the best sleep they had in a while, I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone, such a great price, but also locally made, best decision I have ever made

Best furniture purchase and delivery I've ever had
Online ordering was easy, staff confirmed details by phone as it was a big purchase, advised what to expect at delivery regarding ID check, Delivery was on time and the team delivering were polite and put everything together, taking away the packaging, so all I needed to do was make the bed and crawl in. All round fantastic experience, there's nothing to improve anywhere.

The only little problem we had was the fact that we had to call to arrange for the delivery.
We could not find any information on the website that we are required to do so
I believe it would be helpful if the information is available to expedite the process. Your delivery person was profetional very helpful great customer service skills. If I or a friend would need mattresses I will definitely refer them to you
