Good mattress delivered in good time
Good mattress delivered in good time. The ordering process would not allow me to have my billing address different from the delivery address. I was half expecting my bank to decline the charge. Didn't happen though, so all is good.

Brilliant customer service. Honest, reliable and very quick to delivery the new mattress. We purchased a Makin Mattresses product about 10 years ago and it is still going strong. It is the most comfortable mattress we've ever had! This new one was for our daughter who is loving it already.

I ordered this mattress online. I also 'chatted' with a staff member online. He was able to tell me exactly when it would be delivered and it was. And my son said it is the most comfortable mattress ever.

Very easy from purchase to excellent sleeps
Very pleasant greeting. Showed me the appropriate mattresses. Left me to try for as long as I needed. Back to the counter with my questions. So easy without pressure.
The mattress was delivered a few days later and is even more comfortable than the one in the shop. The smile on my face is still there because I sleep well every night now. Thanks to Makin Mattresses Fyshwick, ACT.

We had the best experience with "Makin Mattresses". Their website is easy to navigate and accurate. Delivery was on time, friendly staff who handled the Mattresses with care. After discovering a torn seam, straight away, Annette took care of it and within hours the delivery day (for a swap over) was organised. Very very pleasant to deal with Annette!! Thank you!!!
