Complete success, Makin Mattresses made and delivered two mattresses to me in Brisbane.

Abit disappointed I brought a double mattress wool/latex with pocket springs really over priced for what it is cost me $1600 and it’s not really that comfortable, I also got a mattress protector from them and it traps the heat.. you can get better quality ones from Kmart for less.. I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be buying another mattress from them again in future.. most other mattress company’s have a 60 day guarantee something to keep in mind is makin mattresses don’t and you will pay through the roof for something that is less then average…

SO impressed with the service from start to finish. Ordered a mattress & base for my 84 yr old mum on a Friday night. Excellent website, super easy to navigate & order. Got a text the next morning to arrange delivery on the following Tuesday. I had mentioned Mum’s age on the order, so Katrina recommended fixed legs rather than casters. Mum lives in an old house, on delivery day it turned out that the new QS base wouldn’t fit through her low bedroom doorway (even though her existing bed was QS, it must have been slightly smaller). No problem, a new split base was MADE that day and delivered in the afternoon. The benefits of buying direct from the manufacturer! Amazing service and communications, highly recommend Makin Mattresses!

Ordered a King Single mattress online. I called shortly after placing the order to confirm the delivery timeframe, they explained the processes in full but couldn’t provide an exact date as the order hadn’t finalised yet. Got a text message later that day confirming delivery for two days later, then had a phone call shortly after advising of a cancellation and offering next day delivery. We received the mattress literally less than 24 hours after ordering.

I purchased a mattress online early September.
The whole process from deciding which product to choose & payment to delivery was stress free & swift.

Outstanding team went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met ..they sent me emails four times for payments as I was computer illiterate to a degree and living in country I ordered wrong size and they delivered to me twice and I even rang to complain that I wasn't happy about the mattress topper and she kindly informed me how to stop the topper from moving, I'm so happy I'll never shop anywhere else for a matress

I have dealt with Makin' Mattresses before so wasn't surprised at the good service. The delivery arrived as scheduled and the guys were very friendly and helpful, placed the new mattress on the bed and took the old one away. It made the whole process very easy and I'm happy to recommend them.

1 of the delivery people were not at friendly, seemed to be the more senior person in the team of two, did appear to be very grumpy and did not speak a word to me during delivery, very disappointing given it was only 0830hr in the morning, I have had a delivery previously and the delivery person was pretty chatty and pleasant

Very good quality product. Not the best communication between the shop and delivery contractors ... no communication it would seem, but the delivery guys were very good and helpful to deal with once you had their direct details.

Very prompt reply of enquiries I had about their product and also very prompt delivery once order placed of less than a week. Competitors delivery times were 8 to 12 weeks.

I ordered a queen size bed base picked it up with no problems didn’t have to wait exactly what I wanted we love it thank you

A quality mattress at a cheap price is the Hotel double mattress.
That simple
I could have just bought a foreign made piece of rubbish made of foam or whatever for possibly less $.
This was made in less than a week and I drove it home (it could have been delivered as well)
My visitors have told me I didn’t have to spend as much $ on a visitor mattress (how little they know!! They are reacting to the quality)
