Great shirts, but typical DPD delivery

Found Makrom via a social media post featuring the kind of patterned shirt I love. Ended up buying a handful because they had some very cool/cute/fun options.

The shirts themselves are great, with one curious caveat: most of those I ordered were 80% Cotton, 20% Poly, but felt more like the reverse - nice sheen, but rather a slick, artificial feel. The one shirt I ordered that was 58% Cotton, 42% Poly strangely felt much better.

The main downside is that delivery was handled by DPD, who chose to leave the package with one of the shops on the ground floor of my building rather than ringing my doorbell, and marked it as "delivered to your neighbour". The driver was at least kind enough to show a photo of the shop, so it was easy to track down.

Sizes not as advertised

1 shirt (ordered for the second time) fits perfectly. The other 3 (supposed to be the same size) are much smaller and don't fit at all - absolutely hopeless! I dimply don't have timebyo deal wit this incompetence. Really disappointed.

Although our size chart reflects accurate measurements and the two styles you purchased share the same cut, variations can sometimes occur during production. I’d be more than happy to assist you with this. Please feel free to send back the shirts that didn’t fit, and we’ll gladly process an exchange for a larger size or issue a refund if you prefer.

Delghted first purchaseEasy to order and pay

Easy to order and pay. Excellent delivery time and loved the quality of the shirts. However, I had expanded recently and the Large size was a little on the small side so 3 items have been returned to exchange for a larger size. Will definitely buy from Makrom again as products are clearly well made with light colours to cheer up the daily diet of gloomy news.
