Just recently had new Door and Window…
Just recently had new Door and Window great job
From the Sales to the Fitters theres not a great deal to other than look no further.
The service was excellent everybody was polite and curitious the fitter were punctual harbour working and extremely tidy cant ask for more.
The price was very competitive and the product was quality.

My Experience with Malbern Windows has been a very positive one. The initial appointment was conducted between Christmas and New Year and unlike some other window companies they were willing to come out and quote. The next appointment with the surveyor was a very thorough and professional experience. I was updated by the office at all times and when it came to installation, I was lucky enough to get Steve and Russ who did a great job. The windows and door look great and are excellent quality. I’m a very happy customer.

Poor
I ordered for 5 windows 15/01/20
After survey I found the price will
Be change because of lintel, £850. Ok.
Poor communication. No respect for the following time appointments.
Not following building control regulations as they are not gonna use scaffolding for installing lintel work (first floor) before installing windows.
Still waiting for installation date.
Will update reviews after installing.

Malbern have cancelled this contract at our own discretion today 03/02/2020.
We will be returning the customers full deposit.
It is always our aim to satisfy our customers and prioritise their needs.
In this instance the customer was quoted for 5 windows and signed the contract.
Upon survey our installations team were advised the customer would need 5 lintels,
in order to fulfil the contract to Building regulations.
The customer was offered the lintels at a reduced price but decided to have 3 windows with lintels instead. Our builder would of course use scaffolding to fit a lintel upstairs in compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
The customer instructed our salesman that they would not pay, should any dust enter the property.
Our builders are extremely clean, but given the nature of our work we could never guarantee this.
We have done what we can to meet this customers needs, but we do not feel in this instance we can fulfil their requirements and so have decided to terminate our agreement.
As a family owned business this is not a decision we take lightly, especially as we have already incurred charges for Surveyors, as well as our time and administration costs.
We wish the customer the best of luck with their project .

Great service from start to finish, love my new front door! New windows and composite door, which feels really safe and looks fantastic. The engineers who came out to do the installation were so professional and helpful. Highly recommend!
