Absolutely shocking! Claim they are a small family business? Placed an order 2 weeks ago, was told they were awaiting stock from their supplier which is what the delay is. Was promised tracking information last Thursday - still nothing to date. They are selling products that they don’t have and quite happy to take your money. Isn’t this fraud?? Will be contacting bank for a refund and reporting company for fraudulent activity!! Seems from the reviews below, I am not the first person this has happened too!

Dont order from there. I bought revitalash from them end of March. After few apologetic emails with lost parcel excuses they stopped replying. The matter is with bank now and gonna report it further. Waste of space. Avoid !!!!

Just don’t use them.

This company is seemingly advertising its products without having them (likely copying product listings from a similar site)…if you’re lucky, they’ll then either collate lots and lots of orders together to buy them in bulk prior to sending your order (taking months to do so), or they’ll cheerfully just take your money and send templated emails that they’re being delayed from a supplier - if so, you run the risk they’ll then blank you, and not send your order / or refund it.

I wish I’d gone to an alternative supplier, and also wish I’d read these other reviews before submitting my order.

- after 2 weeks of waiting for the product, following the fact it was due today and they never responded, I decided to just go to my bank and report them for taking my money fraudulently. I received my money back in under an hour. Solved.

For anyone in the same situation, do the same thing.
The company will sink out of sight through debt that way, and do us all a favour!

Really wish I had scrolled through the comments before ordering. It states a good Trustpilot rating… can I now trust Trustpilot???? Email received to say order received. Tracked on shop app… still not dispatched 1 week later, the phone goes straight to voicemail no reply as yet from email. Shall contact bank regarding this. DO not use them!!!!!!!

I ordered a product on 25 April and I’m still waiting for it. I have communicated and been told it’s coming etc but it’s yet to arrive. I have now requested a refund but no response to date. I think this website advertises good discounts but they don’t have the stock that they seem to be selling. Don’t order from them.

Update..5 weeks on I emailed them again and the product arrived within 4 days. I still give them a 1 star rating though

I ordered a mascara from this company at a good price. I did have to chase delivery but received a quick and very informative reply to my email, apologising for the unexpected delay and letting me know it would be posted 1st class as soon as possible. Communication was good.

URGENT: You all should read this.

This is truly a scam. This company is scamming people. Only the negative reviews are real, because theres truly no way that the positive ones are. Also notice how they start posting a bunch of random positive ones after the negative.

The reality is this: they never have products in stock. Everything is pretty much drop shipping basically, it is lot in their store/warehouse. They order everything in so that they don’t have to stock it, so when you buy you think you’re actually getting a real product that’s in the UK. You’re not!

They will always claim it’s not stock and you have to wait 1-2 weeks for delivery. THEN, they will waste your time and not even ship it, and send you a bunch of discount codes as compensation for the inconvenience so you can reorder with them. It has been over a month and I have not got my products. Going onto 5 weeks, each email is a different person saying something different.

Complete fraudsters. I’ve never had such a terrible experience. I’ll be demanding a refund immediately after this review.

I found the product I wanted on this website and it was more reasonably priced. Had never even visited this site before but was impressed with what they had. Delivery was really quick and I will definitely use them again.

It’s good to order from and do business with an independent family company.
Orders well packaged and fast delivery.
Highly recommended.

This company is scamming people and take their money and NEVER REFUND your money as I didn’t receive my order and didn’t get refund back as I wish I read reviews before I place order . The lady named LUCY she is scammer and she email me ask for good review and offer £5 gift card with 25% offer of future product but she didn’t refund my money back one she didn’t answer to my 20 emails. Please don’t buy from this company as they breach the policy of Trustpilot. I try to get my money back from ClearPay.

I have placed multiple orders with maleskin. The website is very user friendly and products are priced competitively. I had a slight delay in delivery of my recent order and they were brilliant with communication and updates. I would recommended ordering skin care products from maleskin.

I recently purchased Aveda Color Control shampoo from Maleskin. The packaging of the product was pretty sturdy and leak proof. I have had bad experience with other e-commerce sites. But I absolutely loved my shopping experience with maleskin. There are always discounts available on different products and the brands they offer are not available on many sites.

Have previously purchased and not experienced issues until this Elemis order that I was informed they were waiting on stock for since January, when they took my money for in stock items.
This has been ongoing until I requested a refund in beginning of April. Emails from ‘Lucy’ have been sporadic and usually with an excuse as to why their system hasn’t released the refund.
Now no response and I’ve seen the multiple Trust Pilot reviews that others are experiencing the same.
I will be seeking my bank’s involvement or small claims court just for the principle.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. Sounds like I am another person who has placed an order and not received my goods. I too have requested a refund and had the odd email but been told to wait and send the goods back and then I would get a refund. I believe this company is scamming people, avoid.

Ordered item for a birthday gift. Not sent. Contacted customer service, ‘Lucy’ responded who said it was delayed but they’d have a delivery on Tuesday and would send first class. Tuesday came and went. Contacted customer service who said it they'd have a delivery the following Thursday. Thursday came and went. Contacted them to say they still had delays. Nearly a month on, I have now asked for refund.
What upsets me is not that it was out of stock but the false claims twice that it was due in, not following up when it didn’t come in and blaming the issue on the company who supply them. I now await a refund but from these reviews I worry this will happen at all.

Utterly hopeless, advertising products that are not even In stock, then try and offer alternatives I don’t want. I asked for a refund and there is no sign of it. Effectively this is potential fraud and I will have to call the bank for a chargeback. Hopeless customer service and will never buy from these people, I almost always use beauty things but they didn’t have a certain product. Avoid at all costs and use beauty things instead.

Order never arrived and requested refund not received no customer services you might be lucky and have odd reply absolutely disgusting.
They took my order /money and had to msg them when item never arrived to be told no stock , however you can still place an order today for item ?? So definitely seems like a scam now taking up with trading standards . They have 2 trust pilot review sites and one is in breach of trust pilot ?
