I too wish I had read reviews before ordering. After initial email confirming order goods just didn’t arrive. No explanation or response to my emails. I have now asked for return of my money if they cannot fulfil my order. Feel I will have to ask my bank to recover my money.

Maleskin had an additional 15% off on top of a sale price. Purchased 3 items. Delivery was quick - ordered on 11 Aug and delivered on 15 Aug.

I just wish id read the reviews before buying. Appalling service definitely a scam avoid . I have tried emailing without success. Ive paid over £100 but as yet not received anything

This is a scam website. Ignore the good reviews as they are also false.
They advertise stock which actually isn't in stock. They take your money then tell you there isn't any stock. You email to chase & ask when you will get goods. They dont reply. Eventually they say you will get a refund which never arrives. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Avoid. This company is a scam. Never sent the products I ordered, and now not responding to emails after I asked for a refund. It’s been two months. I’m going to report them to the police for theft and fraud.

This is not a scam website but I was panicked by so many poor reviews. It took nearly two weeks for the product to arrive and I received no response to my email asking when goods would be shipped. They offered the best price on the internet. Communication is poor, delivery very slow but I am happy with the goods.

No issues here. Product came on time and authentic.

Apparently my order has shipped after an extended delay so will wait and see if it arrives and then will adjust my score.. still think I have been scammed

Placed order on the 1 June
No communication to say there was a delay with my order until I contacted them.
They emailed on 06/06/24 to say "I'm very sorry for the delay of your orders dispatch. We were expecting
delivery three days ago, however, I only received tracking details from
the brand this morning after chasing and chasing. I'm pleased to confirm
it will finally be out for delivery tomorrow and I will personally make
sure it ships immediately upon arrival."

Chased delivery again on 09/06/24 and had another response on 10/06/24
"Apologies for the extended delay, we did receive a delivery last week
but it was only half of the items originally ordered. The brand have
recently changed distributors and it's completely threw a wrecking ball
through their usually quick and smooth dispatch and tracking system.
They have confirmed the remainder of our shipment will be with us no
later than Friday. If you're happy to hang on a few more days that would
be wonderful, but I of course understand if your patience has run out."

Chased again on the 13/06/24 and got another response
"I'm very sorry but after several attempts
to contact the wholesaler, I keep being sent the same message that they
are still in production, but they don't have an updated time of when
they will be available I'm so sorry about this, It seems like the wait
is going to be longer. In light of this, would you prefer I go ahead and
issue a refund for your order for the time being."

Requested refund on 13/06/24 and now it is 18/06/24 and I am still waiting for the refund.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This shop is a scam and they claim the product(s) you have ordered are out of stock. Your will never receive a refund and they blocked me on Instagram and now you cant comment on their posts. I had to get my bank involved to be issued my money back.

This is a scam website they take your money and don't delivery goods. Stay Away. Do not reply to emails, phone goes directly to answer machine.

I ordered a product a month ago, and it has not arrived. I initially emailed them and they said they do not have the product in stock so would issue a refund, which I have not received either. I have since emailed multiple times and they do not reply. So, no product, and no refund! They are also trading under several other websites "Maleskin" "Maleskin Premium" "MMUK" "Mens Makeup" you can see all their terrible reviews on Trustpilot also, and I'm guessing positive reviews are fake?
