I ordered an Elemis moisturiser set - the company very quickly informed me the set was out of stock, and offered me another in its place, for the same price, that was worth more. They were super helpful and apologetic, really good personal customer service!

I have always had great service, fast delivery and helpful customer service from this company. Offers on high brand products are competitive. Highly recommend.

I have ordered from Maleskin on many occasions this year. The products always arrive quickly and in good condition. On one occasion, when I needed to contact them with a query, I received a reply the same day. Excellent all round service.

Good range of products at great prices. Quick delivery and money off future purchases. Highly recommended for male and female skin.

I have received exactly the same experience as others. Ordered items thinking I was getting a good deal. Got an email from "Lucy" a few hours later apologising that there would be a delay as they were let down by their suppliers and the items would be with me in February next year, offered me alternatives etc.

"in the five years of business, our manufacturer
has never let us down like this" - the reviews on this site would disagree with that one!

I requested a refund and Lucy came back very quickly saying they would do that immediately, but of course, no refund has been initiated from them.

I've since raised a dispute with PayPal, as others have.

Scam company, refusing to acknowledge or respond to emails and refusing to refund money. AVOID

Still awaiting two separate refunds for items they advertised as in stock, took my money for, couldn’t supply and have not refunded. One order is from over a month ago. Website t’s and c’s state to allow 5 working days for refunds….suddenly no response to emails either. Orders 17523 and 18245. I have raised a dispute with my bank for items paid for but not supplied and a second dispute with PayPal.

Order one item on black friday sale. It’s been over a week and they still havent posted. After the first 3 days, I emailed to ask the status and they replied saying that due to the sale, they are short staffed. 5 days later, no sign of any progress being made on delivery. So i emailed to ask for a refund as it’s a serum which i use for my daily routine and it’s pointless at this point and i’d rather just buy it elsewhere. They have not responded so i will contact my bank to take actions!

Update: after back and forth of Maleskin claiming to have cancelled and refunded me (which they did not), I raised a dispute with my bank and they got me the refund back from Maleskin. Such a scam company!

Do not use this company! The customer service emails are absolutely brilliant well scripted make you really believe them that the product is out of stock etc… had to go through my bank to get refund! DO NOT USE PEOPLE!

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a gift set in October still not received! They make up excuses saying out of stock, delay with Royal Mail etc, etc! They take your money and don’t send the goods. I’m going to do a charge back via Mastercard! Never again this company is untrustworthy and dishonest. Please believe all these reviews.
After much aggravation I received my refund but it was a full time job chasing it. Lied that the parcel had been dispatched and sat on my money. I’ll never buy or recommend.

Joke of a company which has been a nightmare from start to finish.

Ordered a product for delivery. Nearly a week goes by and received no confirmation that it has been sent out. I followed up with customer services and was told that it would be sent out soon. Still no email dispatch confirmation days later so followed up again. I asked if the order could be cancelled and a refund was issued. I was then told that this was fine and that the order was cancelled and a refund would be issued. Days later I got an email to say it had been dispatched. Turns out that the order never got cancelled (even though I was told it was) with no refund as promised. I now have two of the same products on their way as I ordered elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't ever use this company again

Do not use this company. I made an order nearly 1 month ago and have received no products or refund. When you ask for a refund they say it will be with you shortly and then make excuse after excuse why it has not been sent. I am reclaiming the money I have sent via my credit card company and would urge others not to buy from this website.

I have used this Company on many occasions. The savings are unbeatable and I have found them to be very efficient.

This seems to be a scam site, they also have 2 seperate links/reviews on Trustpilot, both go to the same website, one with glowing reviews- probably fake. Ordered from them, nothing arrived. tried to email and call, but only a mobile number listed (mailbox full- presumably with customers trying to find out where there orders are). AVOID like the PLAGUE.

This company is a scam. They list products they don't have in stock. Send out inferior, cheaper products instead. Delays with shipping. Don't use

I bought some hair products from them last week, price was competitive,even 25% discount on top, too good to be true.
After a week of waiting i contacted them to ask about my order and they said that they tried to contact me to tell me abt the issue with my order and that but that probably the email ended in my “spam folder”,thing absolutely false!
Basically they stated that shortly before my order was placed, the items went “out of stock” and they they didn’t have the time to update their stock quantity😂
The clay pomade from baxter even after a week is still in stock, so other customers will fall for this trap. If you have pending orders with them open a dispute asap with your bank!

This store seems to have issues with stock and cash flow. They take tour money charge you what they can and don’t deliver. No stock to send and when they say Ushuaia will refund it doesn’t come through be aware. If they can’t be transparent don’t trade

Be careful. I ordered 2 bottles of 250ml and received 2 small Travel bottles. The lady who email me said I ordered wrong . I ordered 2 x 250ml said it on my confirmation when I checked out all stated on my order 250x2 . When I got my order stated 250ml on invoice. Keep clear I sent my back by record delivery as I didn't trust them,costing me £469. Customer service was like talking to a automatic response machine. 😂Stick to the company you know ladies & Gents . These guys ended up costing me money. Now looking at the other reviews looks like it not only me this as happened to . Very mis leading probably hoping most customers dont send the items back . Rip off
