Maleskin Premium Reviews 

Over 2 weeks late, they sent one of my two products ordered. Except it was for sample only (it actually had a sticker on saying not for resale), and it was 3 YEARS OUT OF DATE!!!!!

The other product they said was late in delivery to them.....was supposed to be received this week, and of course, no word on that.

On TrustPilot I noticed there are a number of companies with similar names to this one - combinations of the same words with/without spaces. Also seems odd.

If I could give it no stars I would. This is a scam website, your receipt will say Dalleys Ltd and that is the last contact you will have, they’ll just take your money. There’ll be no email confirmation of your order, the telephone number on the receipt is out of service, you won’t receive any emails when you complain, this is a SCAM WEBSITE!

I ordered 2 ren products on 14th March. Received no confirmation after payment was taken and nothing has been delivered. Send email through website. No response. Phoned, numbered disconnected. In process of trying to get refund through PayPal. Don't buy from here. Scam

BEWARE! SCAMMERS!

First I was told by Lucy they are experiencing a high volume of orders which will delay the delivery of my item. On the very same day I was emailed by Shardai explaining that their supplier was late delivering and I should receive my item next week. I then requested a refund which was completely ignored, but was then told by Jay that my order had been dispatched in an email sent at midnight (weird time). I then requested the dispatch number, which again has been ignored.

The responses received are extremely extensive, unprofessional, and a little odd which screams SCAM!

I’ve raised a dispute with my bank to claim my money back.

If anyone else is having a bad experience with the company then I urge you to please post a review on here to prevent anyone else getting scammed.

Shocking, do not believe the reviews they are using ‘bots’ to generate positive reviews. I placed an order for Medik8 products which were much cheaper on this site and was offered a free Elemis gift set (wow! I thought what a great deal….). I waited and recieved an email to say there was a slight delay. No prob I thought……then the delay continued. I emailed them and recieved a prompt and polite response which encouraged me to wait another week. I did the same and received another positive and swift response…..which admitted they didn’t have the products in stock. After five weeks I requested a refund which was promptly confirmed…….then nothing! I recieve no refund and reply’s to my emails…..it’s been 12days now and nothing. There are so many reviews saying the same thing! Do not buy from MaleSkin they are an absolute con!!!

I came across Maleskin website back in March 2022 . I placed several orders throughout this time and although it wasn’t always a pleasant experience in receiving the order ( the order would be delayed weeks with no communication , other times no email to confirm that the order was even despatched and I would find it outside in the rain ) but they were delivered . This time around , I placed an order on the 11th February following an email with an offer for Valentine’s Day with 20%. The order was of the the value of £205 after the discount . I placed the order for 3 Medik8 vitamin C , 1 Medik8 Night cream and 1 Medik8 retinal 6 . I have received the order today and all I received was the retinal , 1 vitamin c and the night cream . The email they sent me when the order was dispatched clearly stated all the products I ordered , however what I received is less two medik8 vitamin c . They paid postage of 500g , so not the actual weight of the items sent . Absolute daylight robbers . Shame on you ! If I would have paid with PayPal ( which you don’t allow ) you know you would have done that . I could complain to PayPal . However now it looks that I have to contact my bank ( yes I paid with a debit card ) and trading standards . It will be a lengthy process I guess .
DON’T order from these people if you don’t want to be fooled . No wonder they entice you with this discount codes , so in the end they win . They will send you just a portion of the order , which then shows as delivered and you cannot do anything about the items from your order they don’t send you . Absolute SCAM

Ordered items on the 26 December no email or receipt number paid with clear pay ,tried numerous times to get in contact no reply to my emails but still taking clear pay

Don’t order from this company. I placed an order on 30th September and nothing has been delivered and no contact from the company. I have emailed 3 times and no response losing £36.45.

SCAM. got duped into replacing one product out of three after I already made the order. Three wrong products came.

Please don’t buy from this company it is a scam. Like many other reviewers, I placed an order and received an email from Lucy who informed me my item was out of stock, she offered to replace it with an item from MMUK, who has awful trust pilot reviews and minimal online presence. Just save yourself the hassle and buy your product from a reputable shop. Filter by 1 star reviews and you will find this is a consistent problem with this company

As Taylor Swift said “I knew you’d be trouble”! This company knowingly sells discontinued products and then withholds refunds. Purchased Tom Ford Bronzing Gel on 20th July and received an email within 30 minutes telling me that they could no longer get the product from their suppliers and that they believed it to be discontinued (which is correct). However they offered to send an alternative product which I declined and asked for my card to be refunded. Over a week later, no refund and no response to my emails asking where my money is. On top of this they are still selling the discontinued product on their website which I would deem to be both unscrupulous and fraudulent.

Wrong items arrived late
Despite carefully selecting and paying extra for specific skincare brands compatible with my skin, my order was replaced with cheaper, inferior substitutes without any prior notification or my consent.

The lack of communication was alarming; I waited for over a week with no information on the order delay, only to be sent incorrect items. I had initially chosen products worth £30 and £22, but was sent replacements worth only £19 and £14, which was deeply frustrating.

I've requested a return and full refund. I feel let down by the poor service, lack of communication, and disregard for customer preferences. I hope this review serves as a warning to future customers to carefully consider before ordering from this company.

Do not order from this company. Orders two items that was in stock. Items did arrive, I was charged for both items. Called company many times, no response. Rip off company

Great, fast delivery. Good value for money

A few weeks ago I placed an order for 1*40 pieces products ( Shiseido Men Shaving Cream)
I got an email back a day later claiming the items I ordered were now discontinued / not in stock and was offered similar type products instead.
i refuse it an i asked for refund , today is 22/5/2023
and there is no refund i sent them so many times and every time they send we will check or we alreay do it , but still there is no refund.
i checked there website throw past days , i found the product still available they even did not remove it

A few weeks ago I placed an order for 3 products, simply because of the 25% discount they offered.

I got an email back a day later claiming the items I ordered were now discontinued / not in stock and was offered similar type products instead.

This all sounded very familiar, so I decided to do a search on my Gmail account. I noticed I had previously ordered from the same company 2 years ago. I received the exact same email back then from "Lucy". I will say the last time I ordered they did have 1 of the 3 items in stock. However, the 2 other items provided were utter garbage.

It is quite clear this is commonly practise from this company and ultimately a scam, advertising high quality products they don't actually have in stock, then offer sub-par products in order to make profit.

I immediately asked for a refund. A week went past and still no refund in my account. I needed to ask a second time for them to actually process the refund, which I did eventually receive.

Stay away.

Been an Elemis user for about 20 years, and this product is outstanding for my daughters and I, especially for birthdays and Christmas. The price from Moleskin is the best I have found and the service has been excellent. Will re-order when next round of offers are on!

Ordered an Elemis product through Maleskin as it was considerably cheaper than most other websites. It arrived very quickly and well packaged. Most certainly will be ordering through Maleskin again !
