Ordered products, never sent out. Requested a refund. never sent. Emailled asking for confirmation of the refund, ignored.
Have recovered the money from my credit card.

I am still waiting for a refund and my initial order was April 29th. Because it couldn’t be fulfilled I cancelled it but have had no refund. I’ve sent numerous emails, DMs, left voicemails and have had zero response. PLEASE answer the email and action my refund of £122.55.

If i could’ve put 0, i would’ve.
Made an order over 2 months ago. The problems started when i never got the link or any code to track my purchase. After some time, i started chasing via email (as it’s the only way to contact them), where i got a response that the brand i ordered from is experiencing problems, so there’s nothing they can do (but it shouldn’t be my problem in the first place as i’m ordering from you). As the time went, i’ve got more empty promises, and after over a month of waiting i requested a refund, and they agreed.
However, after that promise i haven’t heard from them in over 3 weeks even after more than several emails, i’ve got 0 response (any response) or any refund.
Just empty promises and 0 responsibility

I was conned by this company in December last year. I since applied for my money back as a "charge back" through my credit card company. What I don't understand is how they are still allowed to operate given everyone is saying the same thing. They have 2 addresses neither of which are legitimate.. surely someone must be able to investigate further.

I ordered and paid for goods on 12th May , I had an initial confirmation, since then no reply to e mail and phone goes straight to answer phone.
Goods were due to arrive within 2 days.
This unfortunately is obviously a scam ! Do not use this company

This is a scam website they take your money and don't delivery goods. Stay Away. Do not reply to emails, phone goes directly to answer machine.

This company is a con!
After never sending me out my order i then had to contact them for them to tell me the product is out of stock but offered me an alternative - i accepted but this also never arrived. I then contacted them again and asked for update - they said they sent it but were unable provide postage details - they were clearly lying. I then emailed AGAIN asking for a full refund as this was a disgrace - they said they would refund me but once again they LIED!

There is something suspicious about this company. Firstly my order didn't arrive with no follow up from the company. When I chased it up, they advised the item was out of stock and they would issue a refund. Over a week later and the refund hasn't arrived. I suspect there is some kind of fraudulent activity going on/they hope the consumer forgets and doesn't chase their missing item/refund. And the same happened to me last year when i placed an order Luckily I paid with paypal so hopefully I am covered, but please beware of this company for anyone thinking about using them.

Placed an order with Maleskin over 21 days ago. Items did not arrive, chased it up, they advised that all items are out of stock, however they are still running promotions for the items and you can still purchase the items on their website now.
After my first email they sent me confirmation that all goods were to be dispatched, only 1 item turned up. Chased them again only to be told that their supplier has let them down, and that they are a family run business so please bear with us, family run or not that has no bearing on being able to deliver a product which you have purchased via their online store. Requested a refund twice now, they do not acknowledge the request.
Called the mobile number on the website, goes straight to answerphone.
I will not be placing any furthers orders with them or recommending them to anyone...

I added an item to my basket and clicked checkout - instead of being able to review my details at checkout like any other normal retailer the order was placed straight away. I immediately emailed an asked for the order to be cancelled as I was unhappy this could even happen. Instead of cancelling the order I was asked if I wanted to change my details instead (fair enough) but I immediately replied no thank you. The money has now been taken from my bank account and there is no sign of this order being cancelled. Extremely disappointed!

Greatest price for a great product. Delivery speed could be better :)

I came across this web because I was looking for Revitalash products,I got really good deal with this company,I did wait long for despatch but it was explained to me kindly it's due to delays from supplier. Once was posted it was delivered extremely fast. I am very happy and I am already building my wishlist for next shopping. Well done .

Have ordered twice from Maleskin, prices are very good and delivered on time. Customer service update to let me know there might be a slight delay with one order but it arrived by the date I was expecting. Will order again from this company.

Great company!! I order my Medik8 products here as they are very reasonably priced. Good customer service, will definitely be a returning customer!!

This is the first time I have used Maleskin Premium- firstly, it’s not just for males! I bought the medik8 vitamin c serum and there was an offer on where I received a number of Elemis toiletries at a discount- would highly recommend and I will be using again!

Having seen reviews on here that items didn't arrive etc I wanted to say mine arrived as planned and on time, and I would absolutely use again. Customer service updated me in a timely manner. I would not be put off by the spurious bad reviews.

Maleskin and all its websites are a complete scam with fake positive reviews. They charged me, but sent a completely different product. They have promised to refund but they never send any money no matter how many times you remind them.
