I have had a similar experience as the three previous reviews. I placed an order with them on 16.07.24. This was shortly followed by an email explaining that the product was out of stock and offering a replacement item. I refused and requested a refund and I received an email confirming this. No refund has ever been sent. Shockingly all my emails exchanged with this company have since disappeared. I have not deleted them.
I have now placed all the details to my credit card company to investigate.
Please avoid this company at all costs as this seems a very elaborate scam.

Scam. Lists products that they do not have in stock then chase you to exchange fir a lower quality own brand, while dragging their heels to refund you

Absolute rip off, item ordered and then received a hard luck story email about the item being out of stock, refund had to be chased and in the end incorrect amount refunded. They are scammers beware

They are dropshippers and take order and will never got it touch to tell you they don’t have the item . You have to message them again and again to get there attention. They do like to refund money and they will simple lie the refund has been issued but you will never get it .

Scam website - avoid!

Avoid avoid avoid!!! I didn’t check trustpilot before buying off their website. Didn’t receive my item… wrote them an email and got some poorly written email about the item being out of stock and they’re patiently awaiting a restock.

What company does it? If you don’t have the product, don’t sell it.
If you’re out of it, message people before they have to chase and worry.

AVOID!

People to through your bank and you can get a full refund.
This company is ultra fishy and I’m shocked it’s somehow still functioning.
I have reported them to action fraud and I urge you to do the same!!!
I bought a perfume that I had open in my tabs for over 2 months. That’s why no suspicion was raised …

Some other reviews say the same thing. This website is scamming people. I ordered an item. They said it was out of stock and would send refund. No refund received and nobody emailing me back. They’ve stolen my money!!

AVOID! scam!

The website seemed legit, I purchased a perfume - waited & waited - the money went, but I never received any confirmation nor the item!! It cost me £110

So I did some digging and realised that this is a SCAM !
There is no telephone number for the Customer Service - company address is shared with 6+ different companies (⛳️).
Beware - owner of the company - Alexander James Dalley - has two companies in total - both under same adress - I would stay tf away.

Avoid. This company is a scam. Never sent the products I ordered, and now not responding to emails after I asked for a refund. It’s been two months. I’m going to report them to the police for theft and fraud.

The item requested was allegedly not in stock, despite payment being taken. I was offered an alternative, company-owned product that I declined. Two weeks later and my refund has still not been processed. Many other customers experiencing similar issues.

All went wrong.

- made an order last Thursday and next day got email saying one item is not available. Agreed with the replacement product.

- got email on Saturday, that my order got shipped and it goes in two packages since they are from different warehouses.

- delivery was on Tuesday, but it was only a substitute item.

- sent an email asking to share a tracking link for the rest of the order.

- got answer saying it was delivered.

- I mentioned that only 1 substitute item was delivered out the full order with 4 items.

- Never came back.

Ordered a product and no delivery and no refund, just a fake email saying waiting for stock. Have put a claim in for a refund from my credit card as a fraudulent transaction

My Order from 20.04. is a real desaster. I did't get it and still waiting for Order or refund. Service is bad!

I have experienced the exact same thing as the below review....! "Made a purchase over a week ago and still haven’t received any notification of the order being shipped; I’ve contacted customer services several times, and each response is that my order is ‘arriving’. I no longer wish to purchase the item anymore so I’m asking for a refund but they are avoiding this request. This company is UNRELIABLE. Shop with them at your own risk".

The product I ordered was very competitively priced and arrived in just a couple of days. Will definitely use again.
