Unreliable, ordered/paid 16/12/24, have not received product as when it was finally delivered 3 weeks later it was left on doorstep by pavement and stolen! Have asked for refund, no response!

I emailed on 4 occasions about a product being in stock and I haven’t hear back in 2 weeks. I remember I was offered a £5 promo if I wrote a positive review and at the time I did have a positive experience but now they have fallen off the wagon do not recommend!!

Follow on from my previous post. After receiving two items completely different to my order. They emailed me asking to send back to a free post address. Royal Mail confirmed it wasn’t free post. So I posted recorded delivery. They have taken this back and signed for it and now ignoring all emails for a refund. I am contacting the police as believe they are committing fraud selling items they don’t have in stock

never recieved my Kevin Murphy product sent something completely different, they never paid for postage of what they did send so would of have had to pay £7 for something I never ordered I just sent it back, they never reply to e-mails, all the reviews on here are false apart from the ones saying the same as me!!!!! Please avoid!!!!

Seems to be a scam site. Ordered from them twice, and both times received no word on shipping for a week. When contacted, they say the product I ordered isn't in stock, but they can send a replacement product instead. Both times it happened the same way, with them trying to send me the same cheaper product in place a more expensive one. The emails I received for both orders were also very similar, about six months apart - seems like a strategy they're using to scam people.

Ordered on line - was informed not in stock - told a refund would be processed- no refund - no goods - no reply - avoid at all costs

Brilliant customer service.
My items were delayed due to a stock issue. However after contacting the company a full explanation was given and the issue was quickly resolved. Definitely would shop again with Maleskin premium.

Awful. Took 2 weeks to arrive and both products not what I ordered. They just send their own in-house crappy brand. Complete waste of time.

SCAM. DO NOT USE
They did not have the products I ordered (looks to be a theme) and offered me a replacement for one of the items plus a refund. After 2 weeks no refund and no sign of an item they said was in stock.

The worst service I have ever experienced.

It has taken 16 days for my order to arrive. Neither product was what I initially ordered. I paid for first class tracked postage and it was clearly labelled as second class.

Email response time during the two weeks of waiting averaged 3 days.

Do not use this company

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered over £100 worth of goods at the end of September and am still being ignored with regards to my order and/or a refund.

They are blaming the brands themselves for not sending stock, however, I don't believe this for a minute. This seems to be a LONG standing issue and both the reviews and social media comments speak for themselves.

I've written emails to the brands I bought from specifically (well known and big brands) to let them know, in case they would like to reconsider stocking their products with this scam-site (that's if they're actually in agreement to stock the products in the first place). They may also be able to raise something further, who knows.

I've had to raise 2 bank disputes with regards to this shockingly awful store, and hope that more people start to read reviews before they buy from shops. I certainly will be from now on. Horrendous!!

EDIT: I would also like to add I've had confirmation that MaleSkin is not an official stockist of Haeckels, so I doubt many other brands are either.

I was searching online for a specific product and found it stocked by MSP. To make the most of the postage costs, I ordered a second item (that I didn't massively want). As others have said, the items never existed and they fobbed me off with stories about waiting for stock which surprisingly never appeared. To be fair they did partially refund me but it took a lot of hassling and emails to get to that point. I will also be reporting them to trading standards, I just wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

Dispatch took 6 days, products were bubble wrapped but in a loose plastic package so had suffered slight damage to the boxes. Ordered as a gift so not ideal. Confusingly, the package & tracking messages were from "Dalleys Ltd". Altogether a bit disappointing.

This company is uncontactable. I ordered a Molton Brown Gift Set. The money was taken from my bank very quickly and I have received no updates or tracking. I have sent 3 emails - no reply. I have rang and left a message. - no reply. Is this a legitimate company as I am going to report them to Trading standards.

Ordered 4 (moisturiser, cleanser, hair clay and hair salt spray) products from this website, instantly received an email advising me that 2 of the products (hair clay and salt spray) were not in stock due to “a new store opening and the website to correctly reflecting the available stock” and that “they were happy to offer some alternatives and cover the additional costs”.
Fast forward a few days and I received another email advising the alternatives - however the alternatives offered were for only 2 (moisturiser and clay) out of 3 of the products, 1 of which (salt spray) I was not informed of being out of stock (no mention of the moisturiser being out of stock on the original email at all)
Anyways, received my cleanser in first class post. Product was right.
However have received absolutely NO response regarding the remaining 3 items on my order. Have sent several emails regarding this with no response.

ABSOLUTE SCAM, AVOID

This company is a scam. I bought a Haeckels handsoap a month ago from their website. I never received it. After numerous emails, they replied that they do not have it stock and they are trying to figure out how to manage their system so their actual stock matches their online stock!! I then requested for a full refund, they said they will process it within 5 working days but I was never refunded. Further emails were ignored. I am in the process of reporting them to trading standards.

Order placed but never received. No answer back from emails. I would agree with previous reviews that this is in fact a scam company having experienced the same thing as previous reviewers by receiving an email saying ‘they’re hard at work processing orders’. Bit weird also how they’ve not replied to any reviews on here also…

I would not recommend them. Only one item of my order was shipped. I have received no communication from this company on when the 2nd item will be shipped. I have emailed and tried to call their number all to no avail.

These people are LIARS!!!! They take your money and then tell you the item isn’t in stock, it’s happened twice to me on two separate occasions! Do NOT use this website. I will report this to trading standards

Ordered Elemis and was delivered quickly with good communication. Good service and experience
