Brilliant fast service quality goods i purchased over the phone friendly staff 10out of 10 would recommend and would use again

A very friendly and professional service from Judith in Nottingham who took the time to show me other chains that I had not initially seen on display, and I did indeed finally choose one of those.
I asked for an insurance valuation in addition to the receipt given on purchase and was promised this by the following Wednesday - delighted when this arrived as promised, - A4 certificate with full details and photos.
To me its the quality and reliability of follow up service that sets a company above others and I shall certainly be visiting Mallards, Nottingham again.

Always a great service from very helpful staff at Mallards, Romford store. Alison was very helpful indeed. As were the other staff when I dropped my two pieces of jewellery off for repair. I always go back there. Their jeweller is on site which I like as I don’t like my jewellery being sent off to other sites.

Mallards had a good selection of pretty rings for reasonable prices. The ring we chose together had also been discounted after Christmas, so was very well priced. Sally served us & advised on the stone (a sapphire) and how to care for it. The ring needed resizing, which didn't cost a lot and was expertly done. Very happy with both the item & the service. Would always return to Mallards as my preferred jeweller as the staff are helpful and knowledgable.

Visited Mallard Peterborough today. Paul was excellent and very knowledgeable. The shops mixture of new and pre-owned stock meant we had a real variety of items to choose from.

We have been served by Emily and another colleague, both of whom were excellent. They took such great care in ensuring the work would be right (resizing 3 rings) and were very patient with us. The gentleman who works there is friendly and very expert in valuing and identifying the stones etc. We would wholeheartedly recommend this shop.
The prices were also reasonable.

Used the Leicester store for a Christmas present. The staff were brilliant, patient and knowledgeable. Made me feel really at ease even though I was being a pain changing my order. Couldn't recommend enough. Will definitely go back. Thank you ladies

Visited the Nottingham store to purchase a watch, was served by Judith who is really nice easy to talk to and goes out her way to try and did a great job explaining everything about the watch.. thanks again

Fantastic service! I found a ring on line from another store and asked about it through the website - Andrea had it sent to my nearest Store in Peterborough to view - it was there within a couple of days and the peterborough store phoned to let me know it had arrived. When i went to try it on, all of the ladies that worked there were super helpful - We paid a deposit and collected within a few days - i will be buying from here again, excellent experience. Called in mallards jewellers Leicester today to purchase a ring , very helpful and friendly staff , we have purchased several items from there and found the staff very knowledgeable with every purchase we bought , would definitely recommend to visit the shop

I visited the shop in Leicester on Sunday the 1st of December with my boyfriend.
We were made welcome by a lovely lady, who endeavoured to help me as my fingers were warm and fatter than usual. I chose a beautiful ring with the help of the three ladies serving in the shop. I definitely recommend this place it's worth a visit. Thank you.

I've bought a few pieces from Mallards now and the staff have been very helpful as I'm buying on line. With just a few photos to look at. But the staff provided extra photos and took the time to listen to my requirements. Can't thank them enough. My wife loves the chain.

I put 3 rings in for resizing, the advice and honest recommendations was excellent both from Martine and Kirsty in the Basildon branch.
The follow on recommendation from the repair jeweller was again honest and appreciated.
The job was performed superbly and made the rings look like new. I recommend and would use their services again.
