All the Nottingham team are really helpful, especially Laura who I always ask for. I recently had to take my ring in for repair. Charged a good price, had only needed a diamond securing but the ring was also rhodium plated so looks like new. So pleased to have it back and looking so good!

Served by Laura at the Nottingham store. Amazing service wanted a platinum wedding ring, engagement ring and eternity ring. She measured my finger and sought out suitable items. Absolutely delighted with my purchases and she was excellent.. even better my dog Lola was allowed in too! Thank you

Was sold a very attractive Citizen watch at an attractive price. When Ernest Jones Jewellers (Bath) removed some links from one side of the watch strap for me, but couldn't remove similar links from the other side, I had to send it back - Mallards offered to pay for the return postage without hesitation and sorted it all out for me. Extremely happy.

I regularly use the Southend store although i do not live locally, Dave it always so helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble and the work is always carried out to a high standard.

Ordered a watch online for a very fair price. The watch was delivered very quickly, well packaged and with all papers and box as described. The watch itself is in nigh on immaculate condition despite being sold as secondhand.

The website was easy to use and the photos were clear in the detail.

The only negative aspect of the experience is that I didn’t receive a confirmation from mallards that the order was placed. Not the end of the world, just for peace of mind when dealing online.

Overall very pleased with the swift delivery and the product. I would definitely use this company again.

I took my wedding ring in for repairs at the Ilford branch and was very impressed with the end product... Not only was it repaired and resized, it was polished and looked like new. Also too my kids chains to be detangled and fixed and this was also done prefessionally. Now the staff... "AMAZING".. Very professional, polite and were a great help.. I bought a ring from Mallard Jewellers in Nottingham on 21.8.24, the service I received was nothing short of superb, Judith went “over and above” and so did the other staff, to look for a ring that was in my size and the design I was looking for, I wanted this ring to wear at my upcoming wedding and needed the right size as I was short of time to get it sized ready for my wedding day, they literally went through all the rings they had, I left with the most perfect ring.
The customer service was excellent, you should be so proud that you have staff of this calibre working for you, well done ladies you made my day.

I can only say all these 5* reviews are absolutely correct. I bought a watch on line through the Ilford branch and the service I received from Sarah and Andrea was honestly first class. It is amazing to see that all the other Mallard branches are also providing the same level of service. I'd love to know the secret of their recruitment process because they are obviously doing something right !! Again, thanks for a seamless purchase and for all your patience and help. Do not hesitate to deal with these guys.

Visited mallards today with my mum, we have been many a time previously and will continue to as they are absolutely fantastic.Emma was amazing today, as all have been on our previous visits. Nothing is too much trouble, they are incredibly knowledgeable and their jewellery and repair work is second to none! We will continue to return for many years and couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone who would like to visit!

I have recently bought a watch from the Peterborough store. The service from Paul, Sarah and all the staff is as always excellent. I have previously bought watches and jewellery from this store and because of the professional, friendly and honest service I wouldn't go anywhere else. On our recent visit to the Mallards store in Ilford, we were served by such a helpful, friendly, kind and approachable team!!! I was purchasing an emerald ring for my mum’s 60th birthday and they were really patient and obliging in checking out the stock in other Mallards stores and explaining that they could ship over a ring from the Romford branch. We were served by both Lavinia and Amy who were ever so friendly and attentive, definitely service with a smile!!! We cannot emphasise enough how pleased we were with our purchase and the excellent service that we received!!! We will definitely always make sure that we visit the Ilford Mallards store in future!!! Highly recommend!!!
