Appalling service
Appalling service, advertised oban 14 at a good but not unreasonable price and them cancelled the order claiming the price was an error and I could buy it again for an extra £23. Will be avoiding all Diageo products in future which is a shame as I'm a massive whisky fan, plenty competition though.

Ordered a bottle of whisky on 'special offer' from Malts.com at about 35% off the RRP. A good bargain, or so I thought. They cancelled my order, saying it was a mistake. It is a mistake, I've ordered a few bottles from them in the past, but no more. It's a shame to lose long-term repeat business over £20. It's not like they were selling it at a loss I'd imagine

Bought a bottle of 14yo Oban for a fathers day present (Malts.com), 10 hours after ordering they cancelled the order and told me to wait 10 days for a refund.
They suggested I then re-buy the same bottle at twice the original price, yeah, no thanks.
Not good enough.

Terrible experience, avoid!
This is a review for BSQ UK Limited, the site operator of Malts.com and retail operator for the UK (XCAW00000113376).
Terrible experience. Bought 4 bottles of Oban and got them cancelled later on quoting: Malts.com reserves the right to cancel orders based on our Terms of Sale, which states: “All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, at our discretion, decline to accept your order in which case you will receive a full refund within 10 working days. On receipt of your order we will check to make sure we are able to fulfil your order.”
I'm still waiting for the refund. Hopefully at least that will be quick.

Great service - really pleased!
Great service! Saw that they had 30% off Game of Thrones Whisky with 3 free complimentary 5cl minitures and delivery and thought it was too good to be true if i'm honest. Gave it a go though and everything has arrived. Really pleased, thank you. Ordering more :)
