BeautifuL T Shirts
Recently got a couple of beautiful T shirts one a classic dog tooting and another with a range of the images on it. The T shirts are great quality, remember don't tumble dry the big image types or you'll potentially ruin the print. But that's just sensible for any large print garment.

This is a scam company
This is a scam company - I have lost £174 on my order, there is only a whatapp number to handle complaints with dissapearing messages so it cant be traced. I was assured 3 times that my order would come through and nothing... shame as the Old Mambo Clothing was great before it was sold to this idiot....

These times they are a-changing. I did drop you an email as we have new grown ups in charge now and I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience previously. There's no more Whatsapp customer service, and no more shambles. The good times are coming back, and we can't wait to start sharing it with people like yourselves, super loyal and passionate customers. Just like when your board wax is clogged in sand, your bag zip is starting to seize up with the salt, and your air freshener is just a display of cardboard. No way am I getting my order
No way am I getting my order, its a scam. £40 down. Do not order with this company. Mambo was quality, these Goons have dragged it through the mud. They do not communicate properly, have not refunded.
Update I received the order, it took over a month. T shirts are very long. Print is good, material on the thin side.

Hi Laura, I'm sat in the driving seat for Mambo. The previous crew that you dealt with are no longer behind the wheel. We've launched a new site (Dec 2024) added some fresh new products, and we're working through some awesome stuff for 2025 and beyond. It's going to be golden, good fun, and full of all the bits that make our fantastic brand special. Clothing is often made plain, but they shouldn't be sold plain, and our mission is to make them cool and sometimes a bit loud. And we are on that mission. So next up I want to make sure we are looking after our loyal customers in all the right places, and we want to make sure our customers, that love us, can spread the joy to others, even if they want to go online and say we are OK and must do a bit better. We are down with that, and enjoy some self reflection. I've replied to all the reviews in 2024 (which were not great) and now I find yours from 2023. Holey moley. Safe so say I was not expecting that, and no clever reply from me will touch the sides of this one. I'm sorry, Mambo is sorry, and I think anyone reading this is sorry.

Scammers and Thieves!
I have tried for 2 weeks to get a refund for an order which still hasn’t arrived!

They have tried to blame their fake refund not going through on me having a “very bad” credit score ( untrue and lies ). They then said it’s because I use xxx rated sites ( untrue and lies, again! WTAF! ) and that the card could have been hacked and that’s why the credit lender wouldn’t accept the refund!
Their service is awful! The staff are incredibly rude and lie, and that’s after they can be bothered to return messages on Instagram!
I have now handed it over to my credit card company to resolve under the “service and goods not received” clause!
Absolutely disgusting and insulting company!

Bunch of thieves
Bunch of thieves. Purchased 5 Teeshirts and a beanie for £195 a few months back. Never received anything from them. Have contacted them via their message app and email to no avail. They don’t even answer their phone. Asked for a refund and have received zilch. Time to get the police involved and put a stop to these rip off merchants taking others hard earned money. Better still - someone should shut down their site and prevent this disgusting fraudulent behaviour from affecting multiple others.

Thieves and blaggers
Like many on this site, I've been left out of pocket and totally let down by Mambo. Ordered 2 garments and received only 1. Total blank on emails and contact page on website, ghosting me completely. Bit difficult to articulate how far this lot have fallen. They used to make the best products, they now churn out rubbish and steal peoples money. Real embarrassment from what they used to be. Bunch of robbers, don't give these thieves your money.

Total thieves. This is a scam. They blame Hermes but Hermes has never received the item either.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from Mambo, you will be scammed.
I paid £100 for a Sheriff of nothing shirt including postage.
ALMOST CORRECT, I RECEIVED NOTHING.
Now they don’t even answer emails sent to Dare Jennings. Surf the internet, there are multiple complaints the same as mine.
