Not received my order. However the guys have now contacted me and explained the reason so I am happy to up this to 5 star as the merchandise is good

No answer or reply from main website (mambo.cc) after I purchased. I contacted before order and after ordered on Facebook page and Instagram mamboeurope. It’s a simple question that all customers need to know before order is size chart in each size and after order is tracking number. Only two questions but I don’t get it. But why I still order although I don’t know size because I love in mambo loud shirt, I’m collector.

I still haven’t received my order and the carrier hasn’t received it yet.

As a long time mambo fan I was very excited to see some of the old mambo designes. I am however very dissapointed.
The images are poorly replicated The lines are not sharp and clear.
The colours bleed into one another and are washed out. This is far from the vibrant original sherrif of nothing as I could ever imagine ( and I have one ).
There are both loose and pulled threads on the shirt.
I am seriously considering returning it as faulty.
I would not wish for a replacement as I don't think it is fit to go into my collection of over 50 original mambo loud shirts.

I have just returned from a holiday, where the t-shirt unfortunately was delayed and did not arrive in time for my holiday departure. I have just seen the photo confirmation of a delivery of the t-shirt, however, it does not show a parcel???

I have checked with my neighbours and they have not taken in the parcel either.

Please can you confirm my options, as I have returned from my holiday and there is no parcel!
Another really poor service from Hermes / Evri.

Do not order from this company. Ordered on 3rd December and it was never dispatched. Now there website is closed until end of January while they have a well earned break. Sent 3 emails no reply. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Well non existent service. Joke of a business.

I ordered a t-shirt on 11 December and it is not yet arrived . I wrote an email and I didn't received any reply.

Returned awaiting a refund for over a month

No item delivered, no reply to emails. Ordered this item over three weeks ago, tracking link says it has been returned to sender. I've tried emailing 5 times now, on different platforms and haven't heard a thing. Please can someone respond and let me know what is going on. It was meant to be a Christmas present and now it won't be here in time, even though I contacted the team over a week ago now. Please sort it out.

My first item of mambo clothing was 19 years ago it’s great to see the quality has remained high in all this time

Still have my original farting dog t shirt from over 25 years ago 25 years on,still a quality brand and a quality shirt. Hopefully more classics being resurrected in the year ahead.👍👌

In trying to return an item that was far too big and needing to order a smaller size, I couldn’t find a telephone number so sent an email. Got no acknowledgement or response or confirmation my return had been received and smaller one sent.
Emailed again today to ask if replacement will be delivered before Christmas. Hoping for a response 🤞
