Order never arrived, customer service team have not got back to me. Will be contacting my credit card company to begin requesting a refund.
Very slow delivery
I still haven't recieved the products and has been 10 days (7 business days). This is over the 3 - 5 business days they estimated. Royal Mail have still not even recieved the package for delivery and I have emailed the company twice with no response. Not the service that is to be expected for higher end products.

This company is a total scam!!! Taking advantage of mums/mums to be and not honouring their shipping/returns policies. I ordered a Bellyband for my planned c-section 2 weeks ahead and was told 1-2 business days before dispatch. 1 week passed and nothing had been dispatched. I quickly realised no one was helping me with my emails and it was always being "pushed up to management". I asked for a refund/cancel my order as it would not arrive on time and no one replied to my emails. I contacted them on social media (where they post daily) and no one helped me, and then they blocked me. Yep! A retail company blocked a paying customer who had not received her order or had been listened to on her request for immediate cancellation/refund. No retailer blocks a paying customer! This company is a scammmmmm!!!!

Initial delivery of my order was slow, but good customer service response to sizing issue with briefs. The quality of the briefs looks good with nice thick material, looks like they will offer good support when I need them.
Awful customer service
Items arrived very very late, and when I contacted them (multiple times) to arrange a return, which is how you have to do it, they havent replied.
Postpartum belly band
Ordered postpartum belly band for my wife , It’s comfortable, supportive without being too tight, and genuinely helps with core stability after delivery.
Easy to wear under clothes and gives a nice, secure feeling throughout the day. Great value for recovery.
High quality products amazing customer service
I bought a pair of silver nursing cups and the postpartum soothing briefs from
mammabump. The nursing cups are amazing and of really high quality. The briefs I ordered ended up being too perfect for my third trimester and I realised I needed to size down for postpartum. The customer service was amazing with regards to exchange process as a resolution was promptly reached. I am also ordering the belly band and some nursing bras from
mammabump in my next order.

The product is really good and firm. The packaging and delivery is really beautiful. The only issue I have is that I didn’t get an enough support on the product because of the wrong size I purchased.
However, customer service has reached out to me to get the right size.
In all, it’s a good product and I will highly recommend it.

Very poor service
My partner ordered a pump because of its speedy 3-5 day delivery. After 9 days we tried to cancel the order after some emails with customer service. Two days after we tried to cancel we got at dispatch email. By this time we had already purchased another one as it was needed asap!
The mammabump pump turned up one month after the purchase date, for us to be told it cannot be returned due to hygiene. Even though the boxes are unopened and we tried to cancel the order before it was dispatched as they didn’t fulfil their 3-5 days delivery delivery, it wasn’t even dispatched in that time. It took 9 days for that to happen. Customer service has now stopped responding to our email. Poor service all round. At a time when new family’s need money, we are now 125 pounds out of pocket.

Amazing customer service when I ordered the wrong size (my own fault reading the size guide and going off my pre pregnancy weight ) they sorted out the correct size promptly. Great quality material. Great support!
I had a generally positive experience
I had a generally positive experience, although there were a few areas that could be improved.
My order arrived later than the delivery timeframe stated on the website, and while customer service was very friendly, there were some delays in getting responses when I needed help with sizing.
The product itself seems nice, but the size guide didn’t work for me - I was recommended a size S, which turned out to be too small.
I also found the “free exchange” policy a bit misleading. As an international customer, I was asked to return the item to Australia and only reimbursed a small portion of the shipping cost, which would have made the exchange quite expensive.
I was offered a replacement without needing to return the item, which I appreciated, although this was in exchange for leaving a Trustpilot review.
Overall, not a bad experience, but a few things could be clearer and smoother.
