Steve is an absolute legend. Helped sort me out with a beautiful 2022 BMW 220i. Stunning car, made it look brand new for me and have me the best deal possible. Was very patient with me as I had some problems with my licence however he had always re assured me that the car was 100% mine and there was no rush he was ready whenever I was. Would definitely recommend to a friends and will 100% be coming back eventually. Overall the company them selves are a great business with a wide variety of cars to choose from. 10/10 service from me 👍

Found the company on Autotrader at the begining looked very easy to deal with them, especially Steve, wich was telling only sweet words and finding out later nothing is true. After sale we discovered some issues wich steve did not mention and to sort them out took much time and they left us without our car making things very difficult. And they haven't sort out all of them also. After 3 months the car also have new issues with the engine and the insurance provided by them is not covering that. We now risk to pay for the next 5 years and not having a car, and having 2 kids this will make our life a nightmare.

On visiting the site on the first time I was taken back by the range of cars to view with no pressure from the sales person. Found a car that suited my requirements made contact in the morning for an appointment in the afternoon and was greeted by Andy, the car had been cleaned and ready to inspect, his customer service was very good and extremely helpful.
Again no pressure, discussed the financials and collected the car the following week in showroom condition. So far very pleased.
Would certainly recommend the business also serve great coffee!!

My son brought his first car from these guys. Wow what a pleasure the whole experience was .great selection of cars .and my son brought a top of the range motor from them and did not break the bank in fact we could not belive the deal we got and kept expecting them to say they had got it wrong but no.we picked up the car and it was stunning absolutely jaw dropping again with all the add ons it was worth around 2 k .unbelievable. kia was the young man helping us and he sold that car .enough said spot on young man.the best bit thought is it's a free vending machine and the sever quality tea and coffee that's enough on its own to pay them a visit .you know you want to ......

Absolutely terrible experience. They pushed hard to sell me a 3-year warranty when I bought the vehicle, but now that the car actually needs repairs, they completely disappear. They gave me a different number for warranty claims, and every single time I call, I’m stuck on hold for nearly an hour with nobody answering. I’ve been trying for almost a week straight and still no help.

Once they have your money, they clearly do not care about customer service or honoring the warranty they sold. Total waste of money.

They also have ridiculous policies — if you test drive two or more vehicles, they pressure you into buying one from them. Very unprofessional business practices.

Avoid this dealership unless you want headaches, zero support, and endless excuses.

I had a great experience with the sales rep Steve. He helped me choose the right car that suited my needs, very friendly and relaxed experience, couldn't be happier with the deal I had, all the staff chip in and help out.
I have to add, all the cars were presented extremely well, clean tidy and polished.

My elderly parents bought a car from this company in July 2025 who at the time were trading as Sascron Ltd. As a condition of the sale Sascron agreed to repair some minor paintwork damage to the car including the nearside front bumper. They also purchased a 3 year Shine protect policy to cover any minor damage to the paintwork going forward. Recently my mother brushed lightly against a the protruding tyre of an adjacent car when parking the car and the paintwork flaked off the bumper. Shine protect came out to examine the car and said the previous repair was clearly faulty and so they wouldn’t be able to repair it under the policy. I tried to contact Sascron on my mother’s behalf today to ask them to rectify their poor repair and a surly sales person informed me that the company was now called Manamanx and “we’re a different company” to Sascron. Therefore it was “nothing to do with them”. According to Companies House the sole director of Sascron was Kelam Paul Chodha until Oct 2025 when the shares were transferred to Manamanx Ltd. And the sole Director/PSC for Manamanx is….wait for it…Kelam Paul Chodha. So avoid buying a car from this company as next month it will be owned by yet another company owned by this person and you will have no after sales service. Very very angry.

Great experience dealing with Andy. Very humble and professional. Seamless transfer and hand over of the vehicle. Helped to pick me from Aldermaston train station
