Ask for Steve when you visit! The process was so quick and easy. He offered a great price to exchange my old car, great communication and great deals on warranty! I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a fast and knowledgeable experience!

Well, what a waste of time.
Now I'm not that bothered, as it was their initial response that caused me to even entertain going for PX in my situation (car has 118504 miles)
I spoke to someone on their WhatsApp account when enquiring about a car, I sent that person not only the year make and mileage of said car but a picture too.
The response was yes we do PX so I went down there a 100 mile round trip.
Steve who we met couldn't have been less interested if he tried, he offered nothing.
Once my car sells privately I'll be keeping as far away from Manamanx ltd as possible.

Any issues with vehicle resolved in 3 days car is perfect condition and staff where lovely would 100% recommend.

The salesman Jordan did an excellent job of helping me through the process of buying the car. A very helpful young man who explained everything. I would thoroughly recommend him in buying a car and the company that he works for, Manamamx.

We recently bought a car from here this past weekend. Had such a great experience with Steve. From the moment we walked in the lady at reception was really kind and greeted us, and had us look around while we waited for Steve to finish with another customer.
Steve was great, not pushy at all, let us have a look at the car we were interested in and talked to us about any concerns we had with no feeling of being pressured into a sale.
Definitely recommend coming here to look at cars, all the staff seemed great.

The whole experience was fantastic ,the staff couldn't be more helpful, Steve/Jordan/Simon all brilliant and even the lady that called me to advise she found my spare key (sorry couldn't remember her name) all helped me buy my third car from them 10 out of 10 right down to the after care service.

Good warranty options, AA checks and additional extras all available to add on to the purchase. Car was in great condition and all paperwork in place for the handover. We were very disappointed with the customer service during our recent visit. While browsing the showroom and outside stock ,no member of staff acknowledged us or offered assistance, despite several staff members being present and walking past us .

When we eventually asked questions, the responses felt begrudging and impersonal, leaving us feeling unwelcome rather than valued as potential customers.

Buying a car is an important decision, and good customer service makes a big difference. Unfortunately, our experience here fell well below expectations and we walked away despite being interested in a few of the cars .
