Box arrived empty. Was a gift for friends so incredibly embarrassing. Yodel telling me to get in contact with the seller, except I can't, because they do not answer calls or emails. I never even got an order confirmation number. I'm raising a charge back with PayPal and now have to find an alternative gift. AVOID

I have ordered x2 plaques to go to my son in Australia for his birthday. Ordered 5th Nov, sent approx 6-8 emails for a dispatch date, called the number and left messages, no call back.
I will be going to PayPal for my money back and trading standards as this isn’t an isolated case.
They will take your money and then ignore you, if you don’t want to be disappointed, go somewhere else.

The sign is quite lovely, but it arrived bent due to flimsy packaging.
No existing customer service via email and no other way to contact!
I have ordered a personalised item from this store mid August and 2 months later it has still not arrived. I have sent several emails and had absolutely no response. There is not even a phone number for me to contact them. If I do not hear from them soon I will be making a claim to my credit card company for a refund.

Please have the courtesy to respond/acknowledge both emails dated the 27th and 29th September sent to your Customer Service Team.
I received a text at 17.14pm on the 28th September advising myself goods had been delivered. I was at home and I didn't hear the front door and neither was a delivery card posted through the letterbox.
I have partially paid for the goods - this was meant to be a Birthday present for my fella.
Please can you provide a response. If you're unable to provide the said goods please arrange an immediate refund.
