I have not yet received my items - why would you send out a customer satisfaction survey, when I am still waiting for the items?

I purchased a Manchester bee garden wall ornament from this company. They emailed to say they’d received my order but then there was absolutely no communication. When I emailed and completed a Contact Us form on their website to enquire about a status update, they went unanswered.

I’ve now received the item which is quite nice but not £49.99’s worth. It’s obviously machine cut as it still had all the shavings on the edges and is quite flimsy. For lack of communication and its quality I’ve given only only 3 stars. Had I been able to physically see this item I would pay no more than £19.99

It was brilliant when it arrived. We are really pleased with it.

The bee hanging basket is well made & fabulous. Delivery excellent. I am now the envy of my neighbours

I ordered from these as I’d had a personalised plaque from them in the past - no problems and a lovely item. However five weeks and three unanswered emails later I have regretfully had to get a refund via PayPal. Had they just answered to tell me it was in hand or explained the delay I would have given them a chance - but no response at all is very very poor. Last time I gave them five stars; sadly I can’t do that now. I feel really disappointed and letdown after my previous good experience.

Total scam. We made and paid over a hundred pounds for two items which more than two months later haven't been received. The company and the owner have refused to respond to communications and have retained the payment.

I had a very stressful time last September having received a broken product and no way of getting any response from this company. However out of the blue 6 months later I was contacted by email to apologise and also sent a replacement. Therefore, my opinion has changed albeit late in the day. The bee was perfect and I shall enjoy displaying it.

If I could give no stars I would. Having purchased the three bees as a Christmas present and they have still not arrived.
Emails after emails sent, no response. Even escalated to the Shop company and nothing from either.
Such a scam to take your money

After ordering & payment being taken I wasn’t home when yodel attempted delivery they then returned my Bee to yourselves , I’ve left half a dozen emails on website and Facebook trying to retrieve my purchase all of which have been ignored !!!
This is my 3rd purchase so I am a returning customer …
No telephone number to chase up ..

Have ordered items that have not arrived. They seem happy to take money but then cannot be contacted. Have sent many emails and messages but not had response.
Appealing customer service - really disappointing.

Useless. Emailed numerous times asking where missing items are and no reply at all.

This is to replace my previous review as my item arrived today finally. So I think its best to just disregard the 48 hour delivery and just expect the delivery when it arrives. I still haven't received any replies to my emails and it's dissapointing that there is no contact telephone number, a little communication goes along way which is why I've only given 3 stars. The product took nearly 3 weeks to get here but I'm so glad it did, fantastic product and quality.

SCAM COMPANY!! Please do not use!!!

I ordered something from their website and like many other reviews it hasn’t arrived. I can’t seem to contact them, their Facebook page has gone (for me anyway!) their website says it’s undergoing maintenance and will be back up 1st Nov… todays date it 23rd dec. The email bounces back.

It just makes you feel a little bit sick that after what we’ve all been through someone can steal from you like that. I carefully selected a bee gift for my brother for christmas, it’s something that has a sentimental meaning to him. I definitely wish I would have read the reviews before ordering, I will be lodging a complaint via PayPal to get my money back. I will also report the company to trading standards.
