Poor customer service
I recently made a purchase that was sent to France, for a family Christmas gift. I paid extra on The Manchester Bee Co. website, for international delivery. However, I then got invoiced the FedEx VAT bill directly to my home address and had to pay for it, despite having already paid for international shipping.
I've now emailed the The Manchester Bee Co. twice, asking for an explanation, but they have been ignoring my emails. They should clearly mention these hidden fees on their website or include it in the shipping price.

Poor customer service and support.
Item has been delivered but the delivery partner left on an open doorstep, subsequently this has been stolen, Manchester Bee Co was initially helpful raising a complaint however the communication has since dried up and been nonexistent. Quite frankly I’ve been left out of pocket and with a very sour taste, poor customer service is uncalled for in the digital age.
