Should realise when a company doesn’t have a telephone number they don’t rate or prioritise customer service.
Thankfully paid via PayPal so can claim but as can’t contact them to cancel it is just a headache I don’t need for what should have been a gift. Avoid

Horrific levels of customer service. Product arrived very late, all emails and messages ignored. When I finally got a reply "were looking for your product" is the reply I got and no more communication was received. Very happy with the product when it finally arrived. However basic levels of customer service need to be drastically improved. Such a shame as I want to support local independent business, but because of the lack of care and interest I recieved, I highly doubt I will order another product from this particular business.

Having already purchased one of the Bee’s which is amazing by the way, I was then drawn to the T-Shirt (black with white 🐝)

Wow what can I say. Absolutely LOVE our plaque and it looks amazing on our new Garden room. It really does finish the room off. I also messaged the owner about something I wanted he dealt with it and sorted it straight away. Thankyou I 💯 recommend this company 🙌🙌❤️
