A ordered a plaque for Father's Day. It arrived with the backing still on and metal bits sticking out all over as it had been unfinished. I attempted to communicate on four occasions but the problem was left unresolved. I eventually went through Paypal and as I was still ignored, Paypal issued a refund. Really poor service. Really poor product...

Was really looking forward to the one love cut out plaque but when I opened the box I couldn’t believe my eyes … the box was full of the swarf from the cutting… every cut out had burrs on it …looked a total mess.. I work in engineering and if I had to inspect this someone would have have had a chat in my office… very very bad workmanship… so they say on trustpilot to contact them through the online help well they don’t respond to that or phone calls.. has taken me 2 hrs to make this look half decent…and the price was a bit steep but I liked the look of them and that’s what attracted me to them…sad to have to put this on but they had a chance to rectify this

Easy to use website and product arrived within 48hrs (although it said it would be at least 7 days). Was a gift for someone - who was thrilled with their 'Bee', will definitely use again.

Received my bee within 3 days. Looks great. We are very happy with. We ordered the silver special edition.

Firstly fantastic product bought as a surprise anniversary gift. Only issue is when delivered the packaging is covered with branding and the invoice detailing the contents was easily read. Surprise spoiled.

Quality item - great gift

Made a mistake, should have asked the Bee Company first, they covered the bee in protective cover, after taking the covering off it looks amazing.
Gold one side and the other side silver, really great
